The home provides modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere just an 8-minute drive from Melbourne Airport and Urban Surf. Conveniently located across the road, the Essendon Football Club training ground and cafe boasts top-tier facilities for sports enthusiasts.
Perfectly located in Tullamarine, just minutes from Melbourne Airport and Urban Surf, this stylish townhouse offers easy access to the local shopping centre (Airport West), restaurants, and public transport, making it an ideal choice for your stay.
Newly furnished and thoughtfully designed, this townhouse provides a modern and comfortable lifestyle in an unbeatable location.
Step inside and be welcomed by a bright entryway leading to the staircase. The hallway features a study nook with a desk and chairâideal for remote work or planning your next adventure.
Continue down the hallway to the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, makes meal preparation effortless, while the adjoining dining area offers an excellent space for gathering. Step outside to the private courtyard, with a combination of grass and deck areas.
Adjacent to the dining area, you'll find a laundry with a washing machine and a separate toilet. From here, enjoy the convenience of internal access to the secure lock-up garage, which also connects to the outdoor area.
