Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom townhouse in Glen Iris! Perfect for families or groups, the property features two queen beds, Double bunk bed, and an outdoor balcony with seating for 8 and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying a meal outside.
Conveniently located within walking distance to the train station (800m) and offering easy access to the freeway, surrounded by local cafes and restaurants. Please note there is ample parking in close proximity. ideally situated in the heart of Glen Iris. With a bus stop right at your doorstep, the train station just a 5-minute walk away, and the freeway only a 2-minute drive, you'll enjoy seamless access to the Monash Freeway.

• 1 Bunk Bed (double on the bottom and single on top)
• Generous built-in robes in each room

Whether you're unwinding with a drink, sharing a meal, or simply soaking up the outdoors, this balcony offers a versatile and inviting space for creating memorable moments.
★ Kitchen Space:
Our fully equipped, self-contained kitchen features brand-new appliances, including a full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas cooktop, toaster, and kettle. A variety of cooking utensils are provided, along with complimentary essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper. You'll also find a coffee pod machine with pods included, as well as dishwasher liquid and laundry detergent for your convenience.

The laundry area is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and clothesline, with all washing detergents provided for your convenience.

• Violations of these rules may result in additional charges and other necessary consequences.

• Check-in details will be provided once your stay is confirmed.
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests can be accommodated depending on availability.
