This mountain cottage is perfect for families or groups, offering restful and spacious bedrooms for everyone. The Top Floor master bedroom features its own private balcony with gorgeous mountain views, Smart TV, ceiling fan, private bath with double sinks and shower, large walk-in closet. The main floor bedroom has mountain views, a king memory foam bed, private bath, Smart TV and ceiling fan. The third King bedroom located on the ground floor has mountain views, a private bath with combination shower/tub, Smart TV and ceiling fan. The bunk bed room is a kid-friendly space with Queen over Queen bunk bed, memory foam mattresses, TWO Smart TVs, Gaming Hub, and private bathroom with shower.

The spacious kitchen has a coffee bar, large pots and pans and high end appliances and open floor plan. Gather around the dining table while the chef stays in the conversation! The living area includes a cozy stone fireplace and a Large Smart TV for entertainment. Enjoy your favorite card game or puzzle on the game table just off the kitchen. Poker chips provided! The main floor balcony has seating for everyone to relax, catch up and take in the mountain views.The screened-in porch is the ideal for outdoor dining, playing games or watch your favorite movie on the Smart TV.

★☆ GAME ROOM & HOT TUB ☆★
The ground floor has a game room with a LARGE Smart TV, Multicade, Pool Table, Wet Bar, Bluetooth Speaker Table and much more! The Hot Tub is conveniently located off the game room on a screened porch for privacy. No need to walk outside! For your comfort and safety, Gatlinburg policy requires that the hot tub be completely drained and refilled between reservations. The hot tub requires time to heat up once it has been refilled.

★☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆★
Build a fire in the outdoor fire pit, roast marshmallows, and take in the mountain views while relaxing on the swings. Prepare a great meal on the charcoal grill while the kids play on the playset or play mini golf. Then, sit quietly on the lower deck in the comfy oversized egg chairs to watch the ever changing mountain scenery as the sun sets. Charcoal and Firewood not provided.

This home is easily accessible with 2 main entrances and offers guests full access to the entire property.

★☆ CHALET VILLAGE OWNERS CLUB ☆★
Access to Chalet Village Facilities which include 3 different club houses, three separate pool facilities including water-slide, children’s play fountain, four tennis courts, two game rooms with pool table, foosball, air hockey, arcade games, children’s play structure, concession stands & more. These facilities are included with your stay. Club amenities and swimming pools available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Ober Look Chalet is in bear country! Be wise, be safe, lock your car doors, never leave food in your car and NEVER EVER feed our furry neighbors. There are frequent bear sightings on the property, so please practice extreme bear safety.

★☆ CAMERAS ☆★
Our home is equipped with exterior security cameras only for safety purposes. Tampering with cameras or sync modules (non-camera wifi extension module) will result in additional fines and/or immediate cancellation of reservation without refund.

★☆ DISCLAIMER ☆★
We cannot be held responsible for weather or natural events that may affect your travel plans. This includes unforeseen circumstances such as illness or natural disasters. We recommend you purchase independent Travel Insurance as refunds will not be extended outside of our Cancellation Policy.

★☆ WILDLIFE ☆★
Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. Keep your vehicle doors locked at all times! We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the house to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up.
