Inside, this spacious retreat blends cozy charm with upscale features. Expansive windows frame stunning vistas, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. A large living area, modern amenities, and a private swim spa make this the ultimate base for relaxation and adventure.
In the evenings, gather around the outdoor fire pit, challenge your friends in the game room, or simply lounge under the stars. With space for up to 12 guests and multiple outdoor areas to enjoy, Rooftop Retreat is designed for making memories, celebrating connection, and experiencing the Smokies in style.

Amenities: Swim spa, game room, fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor seating, and an incredible view.
Outdoor Spaces: Three levels of decks featuring a hot tub, conversation seating, cocktail table, lounge chairs, fire pit, corn hole, string lights, and a gas grill.
Entertainment: Game room with, a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade game, board games, poker set, and Smart TVs.
Connectivity: The cabin is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in every bedroom for you to log in to your own subscription service and sports packages.
Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, granite counter tops, fully stocked with standard essentials plus Keurig, traditional coffee maker, griddle, slow cooker, blender, wine glasses, and plastic cups for outdoor use.
Dinning: Indoor dining table seats 10 the kitchen island seats 4.
Parking: Parking for up to 5-6 vehicles.

Rooftop Retreat’s Frequently asked questions
What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, 2 bath towels per person, 2 wash cloths per person, and 1 hand towel.
What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dishwasher pod, and 1 kitchen trash bag. (Please bring what you will need, these are just to get you started)
What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a blender, toaster, crock pot, air fryer, pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot.
What does each room include? – Each one of our bedrooms has its own personal ensuite bathroom, and Smart TV.
Do you provide any baby items? – We do provide a pack n’ play, highchair to strap on a chair, 2 baby gates, plastic dishes, and a set of children’s silverware
Do you provide a grill? – Yes! And it is propane.
Do you allow pets? – NO. Under NO circumstances do we allow pets.
Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained and cleaned and refilled for every stay.
Is the price flexible? - We do NOT offer discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees.
When is the final payment due? – 30 Days prior to your stay.
When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, and directions will be sent in a separate message 24 hours before your check-in time of 4 pm, the day of your arrival.
What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure.
How do cancellations work? - Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations or changes that are made within 59 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded.
How is the drive up to the cabin? – The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that could be worrisome for some people.
Do I need a 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains.
Where can I book? - We accept bookings through VRBO currently.
What type of internet do you provide? – We provide unlimited internet with Wi-Fi; the passwords are in the living room.
Do you ever reduce the stated prices? – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the price that you see here.
