This rental had everything we were looking for and more! Entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Clean property, convenient location, easy parking, stocked with essentials, great amenities- even had board games. We especially enjoyed the theater room, kids loved the pool (of course) and watching the space needle fireworks on Independence Day right from the balcony - great view! Thank you to the owners and Melissa for helping us to have a great family vacation experience in Gatlinburg!

Fantastic property and well deserving of five stars.- The property is very clean, new and well decorated.- The property is great for families due to the variety of available on-site activities (pool, hot tub, sauna, video and board games, foosball and table top shuffle board).- The view is fantastic from all three balconies- The property is within walking distance of downtown activities (shopping, attractions and restaurants).- The host is very responsive and professional.- An unexpected delight were regular visits by a mother bear and her three cubs. A coyote was also seen once.In summation, a great value for all that is offered!

The host was amazing from time of booking until the day after departure. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had plenty of options for my wife, kids and myself. The view from our balcony was 2nd to none in the mid January time frame in which we stayed and the walk, although slightly steep, was reasonable as to not pay to park every where we went. Would recommend for a family gathering or a quick getaway!

Excellent communication from our host! Condo was beautiful as described and very convenient to town. We loved the hot tub, sauna and fire pit on the back deck. Our teenagers loved the videos games and hangout space on the first level and the theater room was great for watching movies and ballgames. Would def stay here again!

This property is goregous and has all the amenities!! We loved we could walk to everything we wanted to do quickly down on the strip. It has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space as well. The movie room was super nice at the end of a busy day!! We will defintely be back thank you!!

Wonderful location close to downtown. Stunning house with beautiful views. Like any property, this property had a few minor issues throughout the stay. However, the renters were very understanding and helpful. I never waited longer than a few minutes for a response and resolution plan. One of the best experiences my family and I have had when renting anywhere. A 10/10. Would recommend and would personally rent again.
