We went here for a family vacation and it’s truly one of the best places we’ve stayed in. The house is super nice with lots of space and amenities inside. We love watching movies so the movie room was our favorite thing about the house. It’s also quite close to downtown Gatlinburg and we were able to just walk down to go get food and do activities. Our host was also very great at communicating and answered our questions in a timely manner. We truly recommend this place for vacations in Gatlinburg!

We had such a wonderful stay with family and friends for a special getaway before my daughter’s upcoming wedding! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy time together, and the gorgeous views made the stay even more special. It was the perfect place to relax, make memories, and celebrate together. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be back!

Great house for girls trip. Really enjoyed a spa and movie night in the theater room. Everyone had their bedroom and bathroom so it felt like no one had the kids room. Good location near downtown and felt private, even with others checked into the townhomes next door.

The house was beautiful! The walk to town so so easy... going down. Coming up its brutal and even though we were so close we ubered back. Id stay again for sure. Our group of 13 had a blast with plenty of space to move around!

Great location. Floor plan worked great for our family of nine adults. The large theater room was our favorite. We had a busy schedule and did not use the pool, hot tub or firepit. Well stocked kitchen. Communication with host was very good. We all agreed we would stay here again. The only thing we lacked was a large table for playing board games/cards.

We absolutely loved our stay! There were 6 adults and 2 kids. Very spacious and enough room for everyone. We were there for 5 days. It is a short walk but, if you have any health issues plan on driving everywhere, that hill is no joke. The only rhink I wouls have liked would have been closets or drawers for clothes. Darlene was great about communicating. :)

What an absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The home was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for enjoying everything Gatlinburg has to offer while still feeling like a peaceful mountain retreat.The views alone are worth the stay—absolutely breathtaking in the morning with a cup of coffee and equally spectacular in the evening as the sun sets over the mountains. And after a long day of hiking and exploring, coming home to the hot tub and sauna was pure heaven!Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and I can confidently say you will not want for a single thing here. It truly felt like a home away from home, only with much better views!In fact, part of me is reluctant to write this review because I'd love to keep this little gem a secret! But a place this special deserves the recognition. We will absolutely be back—and hopefully very soon!

The home was extremely nice and exceeded our expectations. We had 4 teenagers and 2 pre teens. They absolutely loved the movie nights in the theater, getting wet in the hot tub / pool, and the game room. Parking was fantastic, 4 spaces directly by the front door. The walk down the hill to town wasn’t very bad at all.

The Smith family home was FANTASTIC!!!! The home is exactly as pictured and the location is perfect if you enjoy walking into town or want to be close to the main entrance to the park. We stayed for 7 nights and everyone loved the home , amenities and views.Price was fantastic, beds and bedding were comfortable. The home is very clean/new!If available we will return next year for sure.

What a fantastic location! The property itself was amazing, with six kids from 10-16 there was never a moment they were bored. The only issue for us was we were only there for 2 nights, we will definately plan on a longer stay next time so we can enjoy all the property has to offer!!! Thank you for a most memorable stay!

The home was very nice with plenty of bedrooms for the 8 of us that stayed there. Plenty of bathrooms too. I do have to say we were thrown off with the kitchen not having a pantry but we made it through. The host responded to all questions very quickly prior to our trip. The kids were ecstatic that we saw a bear outside our parking area-they had been searching for one our entire stay! Would recommend this location!

5 bedrooms that all have their own bathrooms? Pure perfection already! Add in a powder room on every floor also, a cinema that is set up perfectly, a game room with every game you’d ever want to play then the pool, hot tub and sauna!!! Wow! This place is awesome just with all that. But wait! There’s more! We got to see two bears right outside our door walking by on the trail like it had been set up just for us to see! Truly was an amazing place and we loved being able to walk right into town. So glad we found this listing.

This was the perfect rental for our family reunion. We booked 2 units to accommodate everyone and the whole family loved the place. Location is perfect. The Check-In process was really easy. Communication with the Owners/Managers was great. I'd definitely stay here again.
