Fully Renovated, Affordable, Beachy 2BR Retreat, 2 Pools, Walk To Beach!

Beachy fully renovated condo with new kitchen and bath, flooring, and updated furniture! Free Wi-Fi, 50" smart-TV, and DIRECTV. Located in a premier ocean-front community with a private boardwalk to the beach!

Our condo is a second-floor walk-up, with no elevator.

A check-in message will be sent 24-48 hours prior to your arrival date with a code for the front door and access code to the complex gate.

There is a starter set-up of TP, paper towels, trash bags and soaps in the unit. Also, the bathroom linens are not allowed on the beach or at the pool. There should be 4 beach towels in the unit for you to use.

The balcony area is shaded in the afternoon, so you can sit, relax, eat, and enjoy the ocean breeze. With beautiful green grass and palm trees, it's like you're in paradise!

The living room is cozy and comfortable. Sit back and enjoy a movie on the 50"TV in the living room, or on the 45" TV in the bedroom.
After a busy day at the beach or on the road, it's a treat to come to this condo for some much-needed relaxation!

The design of the condo is an open-plan with sliding glass doors to the balcony and also sliding glass doors in the master bedroom that lead to the balcony.

Whether you're planning on doing some home cooking or eating out every meal, our kitchen has everything you should need to prepare a meal. Full-size appliances and all the cookware, utensils, and dishes enable you to do as much or as little cooking as you like. The condo has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a full size futon.

The master bath has a walk-in in shower, but no tub.

Don’t worry about taking the laundry home with you, our condo also features your own stackable washer and dryer.

You will enjoy all the amenities of the complex, from the picnic areas with BBQ grills to the lending library and fitness center.
The ocean is just a 5 to 8 min walk from the condo, with spectacular sunrises and sunsets, white sands, and rolling waves.

Great location, loved the updates

We stayed in April for a week and really enjoyed this condo. We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy this condo is for its size. The owners have updated their unit for a beachy feel, without the wicker chairs and flowers that we have experienced when staying in condos in Florida in the past. The bed is comfortable and kitchen well-stocked. It is one building away from the heated pool, and we could see the tennis court from the balcony. It is about a 5-minute walk to the ocean through the complex as well. We used the BBQ area in the complex and it was very nice and well kept. We are considering buying a condo in this complex, so we are planning another trip back soon and will definitely stay here again!

Feeling at home, even away from home. :)

We arrived late at night, the arrangement for the gate and key went without a glitch and we were in the condo quickly. The condo was nice and clean. It matched the pictures from which we made our choice. The location is good and in close proximity to just about everything; store, beach, pools and all. The condo site is nice, clean and well maintained. Everyone we met were nice . We highly recommend this unit and will return in the future!

Wonderful stay!

The listing was absolutely accurate and the the complex was so lovely! The pictures are a true reflection of the space. We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed all of the amenities. The condo was very comfortable for my husband and I and would have been fine with one other couple. I would stay here again in a minute- the complex was very clean and well kept and we really enjoyed the pool. We walked to Oasis and Hurricanes on a couple occasions and that was very convenient. It is about a 15 minute drive (or $10-$15 Uber trip) downtown.

Dean and Lisa are both ocean-lovers that currently make the Lake Tahoe area their home. After meeting at Shakespeare on the lake in 2006, these beach lovers knew that their long term plans would include moving back to the beach. Dean, a retired CalFire captain, grew up in Santa Cruz, CA. Lisa also lived in Santa Cruz for years (before she met Dean!), as well as studying marine science in Hawaii and Connecticut. Long cold winters brought them to St. Augustine and the lively beach community welcomed them with open arms!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The love of the ocean and warm water brought us back to St Augustine again and again. Lisa was introduced to St Augustine, the hidden gem on the Atlantic, while attending University of Georgia for her graduate studies. When looking for that perfect place to call their future home in 2012, Lisa took her new husband Dean to this amazing, historic town. Avid music and history lovers, St Augustine fit the bill! Warm water in the summer and live music every night in Historic Downtown St Augustine which is only 7 miles north of the beautiful Ocean Village Club Resort.

Ocean Village Club is a beautiful resort community and an ocean view from their cozy condo was all they needed when they decided to buy in April 2012. We finally moved to St Augustine as snow birds in November 2019!
