Bénéficiant d'un emplacement idéal, à quelques pas de la plage, l'espace pour 7 personnes et tout le confort de votre maison, ce condo dans la belle St. Augustine Beach est un endroit idéal pour planifier vos prochaines vacances! Récemment mis à jour avec une ambiance cosy, plage-chic!

I-22 est un condo récemment rénové et situé au 2ème étage du bâtiment I (ascenseur accessible). I-22 a de nouveaux planchers de marque, il est fraîchement peint, a de nouveaux meubles et est approvisionné pour vos vacances! Cette unité est située au centre entre les deux piscines, à quelques pas de la zone de cuisson et courte promenade à la plage allée privée. Il y a beaucoup d'articles neufs dans l'unité disponibles pour votre usage - literie, serviettes, chariot de plage, 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, cuisine entièrement accessoirisée, chaises de plage, glacière et jouets. La chambre principale a un lit queen size avec une télévision à écran plat et salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux, une avec un pop-up gigogne (peut dormir 3) et une télévision à écran plat. Il y a une salle de bain supplémentaire de la deuxième chambre. La salle à manger est ouverte sur le salon fournissant suffisamment de chaises pour 6. Le salon dispose d'une télévision canapé-lit, siège de l'amour et de l'écran plat. L'unité a câble et WiFi afin que vous puissiez vous divertir et connecté lorsque vous n'êtes pas à profiter du sable et du soleil. Notre unité accepte les animaux domestiques, saisir leur laisse et emballer leur lit pour qu'ils se joignent à la fête! (Limité à un petit chien). Regarder le souffle couchers de soleil depuis le confort du canapé ou un patio privé.

L'Ocean Village Club est un océan complexe front de copropriété fermée avec deux piscines (dont une chauffée), courts de tennis, shuffle board, espace grillades, prêt bibliothèque, centre de remise en forme et une station de lavage de voiture! Lors de votre séjour ici, vous êtes proche de la voie navigable intercostale, St. historique Augustin, et de nombreuses attractions locales. le golf de classe mondiale, boutiques, restaurants, surf, pêche, plage en cours, et le tourisme vous attendent!

Clean, Comfortable Condo in a Perfect Location – Great for Families!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for two adults and two teens. The location was ideal—easy access to the beach and pools, and downtown St. Augustine was just a short, straight drive away. The check-in process was seamless, which made for a smooth start to our trip.The condo felt very safe, and we were comfortable letting the teens explore the area on their own. It was so convenient to have a beach cart, cooler, and beach chairs provided—made our beach days super easy and enjoyable.There were great local gems nearby, too—a terrific coffee shop directly across the street was a huge bonus for me, and a stylish designer thrift shop within walking distance added a fun surprise to our stay.Whether we were heading out to explore the city or just relaxing, this was the perfect home base. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun getaway

Spacious and clean closer to the beach than you think

Wife and I had a wonderful five week stay at this condo. Large spacious rooms extremely clean. Close enough to the beach to carry chairs or pull a wagon with your lunch and umbrellas. Also driving access just north one block and exit one block past condo south. Super easy if you want to take your four-wheel-drive on the beach. Condo was beautifully appointed with everything we would want. They even supplied beach chairs and wagon. Beautiful semi private backyard second floor balcony. Would absolutely stay again. The manager and owner could not have been more responsive to any request that we had. There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store just a few blocks away. We've even walked there a few times/15 minute walk. A new Publix is being built same distance away also. So if you'd like to cook as we do, you'll have no trouble having variety to choose from. Book this condo and rest assured you'll be well taken care of.

Gorgeous place

The place was gorgeous, very comfortable and cozy, and close to the nights of lights. I would highly recommend staying here. We would come back and stay here again next year. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Close to Beach

Our family of 3 stayed here for a business trip that was in downtown St. Augustine. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and easy access to the beach. We would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

The property grounds were beautiful and the condo was stylishly updated and well maintained. If you don’t mind not having a good view of the beach it is perfect. Butler Beach is a great beach! The booking and the check in process was very easy. The rental agent was very helpful and informative.

Family Beach Trip!!!

We were very excited for this vacation and this condo did not disappoint! This was actually the first time taking our son to the beach and we was really wanting something with at least two bedrooms and to be within walking distance to the beach. The sleeping arrangement worked great for us to have plenty of room for him and his sisters and to be able to walk back from the beach for lunch or naps was a big plus. Couldn’t be happier with Megan as our host! If we had any questions or needed help with anything she was very quick to get back to us. This was our first time to the St Augustine area and we really liked it. Having a family we don’t like being around a bunch of parties and that kind of thing, this condo kept us away from that and allowed us and our children to have a peaceful night after a long day on the beach or around town. Another plus is that this complex has private beach access and is surrounded by other complexes with private access so not being right beside a public access seemed to keep the beach a little less crowded, as you can imagine they’re still plenty of people on the beach in June but it’s spread out enough to where you feel like you have your own space. We felt like what we got for our money was a great value and we are glad this is where we stayed. Long story short, if you are looking to spend some time in the St. Augustine area I’d recommend this place!

Great Family Place near the beach!

The condo was a great place for our family to spend time at the beach! It was well supplied and very clean. The location to the beach was an easy walk and wonderful for our family! The pools were great for when the kids wanted to swim. The beach had plenty of room, tides gave us some tide pools to play in and the water had great waves! Not far from Publix, Feista Falls to play mini golf, great treats at Coneheads ice cream and Island Donuts. We liked being able to ride over to St Augustine for a day trip to explore the historic city. Megan was great at checkin in with us to make sure we were all set for fun. There were even beach chairs for us and beach toys for the kids to play with. Definitely one of our favorite beaches and places to stay! Thank you!

Lovely stay, close to beach

Our family of three had a great time. Everything was as expected upon arrival. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and beach accessories available. The drive into St. Augustine for sightseeing was only about 15 minutes at most. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick quiet stay

We were looking for something close to the beach for our last three days in Florida after staying with friends to start our trip. This place checked all the boxes. It was easy to get into and very clean. Everything we needed was provide including beach chairs and towels. The building was mostly empty which made everything peaceful after a day at the beach which was a shot walk down the sidewalk.

Quaint & Quiet with Private Beach Access Steps away

The Host was very responsive to inquiries and requests - ironing board was missing but a steamer was brought over right away. The unit was as described - an extra bonus was all the towels and the beach buggy (handy as we took over games, cooler and chairs). Thanks - would recommend if you are looking for some downtime on the beach - close to stores A1A and St. Augustine.

Beautiful & comfy condo!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautifully decorated and perfectly comfortable condo. SO CLEAN! All the comforts of home. Property is very large so while it is a beachfront spot, there are still quite a few steps to get to the beach. We brought our rolling cooler so we could bring our lunch down and enjoy the beach! The condo has a couple beach chairs and a cart too which is helpful as well as an umbrella that we also used. We cooked dinner our first night there and had all the essentials to do so. Then we enjoyed local cuisine our other two nights. (Try Mango Mangos!). Host was nice, responsive and provided clear instructions. We would stay here again. Cannot beat it for the price- excellent value!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this condo! We had plenty of space for the four of us! We loved Ocean Village Club with two pool areas and shuffleboard. Easy access to the beautiful beach was so nice too. Megan was great to work with!

Enjoyed our stay

first communication with property manager was an easy A. Condo was clean and spacious. I wish there was a usable microwave for our leftovers. Appliances were clean and ready to use. Two bathrooms available but as a family just needed the one. some toiletries provided. Condo on second floor however easy access. Tried some of the recommended restaurants in guest book and they didn't disappoint overall favorite was The Floridian and Burrito Works. It was colder for us than expected so didn't go swimming and we had scheduled activities in town such as Nights of Lights, Boat Regatta and museums.. Would book again

Perfect Location!

This was perfect for a 3-night stay in St. Augustine with my husband and daughter. Cute, comfortable, clean, and more spacious than expected. The property was quiet and perfectly located - an easy walk to the beach, nice pools, convenient to restaurants & groceries. Loved having the balcony in the mornings & chairs and towels available for beach time. The property & amenities are all very well taken care of and neighbors were delightful. We absolutely loved making coffee in the morning and walking to the beach to watch the sunrise. Having a washer/dryer, easy parking, well-supplied kitchen, and all the logistics taken care of just made our short trip so much more relaxing. Just as a heads up - the gym is very small and you do need to bring your own toiletries. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wonderful.

Born and raised in New Jersey and surrounded by a huge amazing family, including our son, his wife and their three children. However, a piece of our hearts are here in St. Augustine with our daughter, her husband and our other three grandsons. We bought this condo as an investment but also as a second place to call home. We love St. Augustine and our condo! We hope you get just as much enjoyment out of it as we do.
