Breezy Beach-Chic Condo!

Bénéficiant d'un emplacement idéal, à quelques pas de la plage, l'espace pour 7 personnes et tout le confort de votre maison, ce condo dans la belle St. Augustine Beach est un endroit idéal pour planifier vos prochaines vacances! Récemment mis à jour avec une ambiance cosy, plage-chic!

I-22 est un condo récemment rénové et situé au 2ème étage du bâtiment I (ascenseur accessible). I-22 a de nouveaux planchers de marque, il est fraîchement peint, a de nouveaux meubles et est approvisionné pour vos vacances! Cette unité est située au centre entre les deux piscines, à quelques pas de la zone de cuisson et courte promenade à la plage allée privée. Il y a beaucoup d'articles neufs dans l'unité disponibles pour votre usage - literie, serviettes, chariot de plage, 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, cuisine entièrement accessoirisée, chaises de plage, glacière et jouets. La chambre principale a un lit queen size avec une télévision à écran plat et salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux, une avec un pop-up gigogne (peut dormir 3) et une télévision à écran plat. Il y a une salle de bain supplémentaire de la deuxième chambre. La salle à manger est ouverte sur le salon fournissant suffisamment de chaises pour 6. Le salon dispose d'une télévision canapé-lit, siège de l'amour et de l'écran plat. L'unité a câble et WiFi afin que vous puissiez vous divertir et connecté lorsque vous n'êtes pas à profiter du sable et du soleil. Notre unité accepte les animaux domestiques, saisir leur laisse et emballer leur lit pour qu'ils se joignent à la fête! (Limité à un petit chien). Regarder le souffle couchers de soleil depuis le confort du canapé ou un patio privé.

L'Ocean Village Club est un océan complexe front de copropriété fermée avec deux piscines (dont une chauffée), courts de tennis, shuffle board, espace grillades, prêt bibliothèque, centre de remise en forme et une station de lavage de voiture! Lors de votre séjour ici, vous êtes proche de la voie navigable intercostale, St. historique Augustin, et de nombreuses attractions locales. le golf de classe mondiale, boutiques, restaurants, surf, pêche, plage en cours, et le tourisme vous attendent!

Very nice condo to enjoy a summer vacation. Directions on how to access the unit were easy to follow which was greatly appreciated. Short walk to access the refreshing pools and beautiful beach. Definitely would stay here again. We had a great vacation!

Beat and cleanest unit that we saw

We had a family reunion this weekend. So I got to see several units in other buildings where my family stayed. Our unit was the nicest and cleanest one. It smelled great every time we came in. I loved having 2 twin beds since I have a son and daughter who didnt want to share a queen bed. It had games, sand toys, grilling items. The grill area next to building I was perfect for our family to meet and grill. I was so happy our building had an elevator, which some buildings didn't. I would definitely stay here again and will want to book this unit again. Owner was reaponsive as well.

Great location and condo was clean and up to date!! We had a fantastic time! The only con would be the bath/hand towels need refreshed since they were a bit old and dingy. The primary pillows were also flat and old and the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall though we had a great stay!

Great Location

We enjoyed the location, easy beach access and close enough to everything we had planned. Had everything we needed as well. One note: beds not super comfortable, especially the twin beds. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Comfortable Condo in a Perfect Location – Great for Families!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for two adults and two teens. The location was ideal—easy access to the beach and pools, and downtown St. Augustine was just a short, straight drive away. The check-in process was seamless, which made for a smooth start to our trip.The condo felt very safe, and we were comfortable letting the teens explore the area on their own. It was so convenient to have a beach cart, cooler, and beach chairs provided—made our beach days super easy and enjoyable.There were great local gems nearby, too—a terrific coffee shop directly across the street was a huge bonus for me, and a stylish designer thrift shop within walking distance added a fun surprise to our stay.Whether we were heading out to explore the city or just relaxing, this was the perfect home base. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun getaway

Our family of 5 had the most amazing stay in Saint Augustine. Communication was fabulous, easy check in, perfect location, and everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. We hope to visit again soon. :)

Spacious and clean closer to the beach than you think

Wife and I had a wonderful five week stay at this condo. Large spacious rooms extremely clean. Close enough to the beach to carry chairs or pull a wagon with your lunch and umbrellas. Also driving access just north one block and exit one block past condo south. Super easy if you want to take your four-wheel-drive on the beach. Condo was beautifully appointed with everything we would want. They even supplied beach chairs and wagon. Beautiful semi private backyard second floor balcony. Would absolutely stay again. The manager and owner could not have been more responsive to any request that we had. There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store just a few blocks away. We've even walked there a few times/15 minute walk. A new Publix is being built same distance away also. So if you'd like to cook as we do, you'll have no trouble having variety to choose from. Book this condo and rest assured you'll be well taken care of.

Gorgeous place

The place was gorgeous, very comfortable and cozy, and close to the nights of lights. I would highly recommend staying here. We would come back and stay here again next year. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful condo and property

Close to Beach

Our family of 3 stayed here for a business trip that was in downtown St. Augustine. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and easy access to the beach. We would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

The property grounds were beautiful and the condo was stylishly updated and well maintained. If you don’t mind not having a good view of the beach it is perfect. Butler Beach is a great beach! The booking and the check in process was very easy. The rental agent was very helpful and informative.

Family Beach Trip!!!

We were very excited for this vacation and this condo did not disappoint! This was actually the first time taking our son to the beach and we was really wanting something with at least two bedrooms and to be within walking distance to the beach. The sleeping arrangement worked great for us to have plenty of room for him and his sisters and to be able to walk back from the beach for lunch or naps was a big plus. Couldn’t be happier with Megan as our host! If we had any questions or needed help with anything she was very quick to get back to us. This was our first time to the St Augustine area and we really liked it. Having a family we don’t like being around a bunch of parties and that kind of thing, this condo kept us away from that and allowed us and our children to have a peaceful night after a long day on the beach or around town. Another plus is that this complex has private beach access and is surrounded by other complexes with private access so not being right beside a public access seemed to keep the beach a little less crowded, as you can imagine they’re still plenty of people on the beach in June but it’s spread out enough to where you feel like you have your own space. We felt like what we got for our money was a great value and we are glad this is where we stayed. Long story short, if you are looking to spend some time in the St. Augustine area I’d recommend this place!

Great Family Place near the beach!

The condo was a great place for our family to spend time at the beach! It was well supplied and very clean. The location to the beach was an easy walk and wonderful for our family! The pools were great for when the kids wanted to swim. The beach had plenty of room, tides gave us some tide pools to play in and the water had great waves! Not far from Publix, Feista Falls to play mini golf, great treats at Coneheads ice cream and Island Donuts. We liked being able to ride over to St Augustine for a day trip to explore the historic city. Megan was great at checkin in with us to make sure we were all set for fun. There were even beach chairs for us and beach toys for the kids to play with. Definitely one of our favorite beaches and places to stay! Thank you!

Lovely stay, close to beach

Our family of three had a great time. Everything was as expected upon arrival. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and beach accessories available. The drive into St. Augustine for sightseeing was only about 15 minutes at most. We would definitely stay here again.

Born and raised in New Jersey and surrounded by a huge amazing family, including our son, his wife and their three children. However, a piece of our hearts are here in St. Augustine with our daughter, her husband and our other three grandsons. We bought this condo as an investment but also as a second place to call home. We love St. Augustine and our condo! We hope you get just as much enjoyment out of it as we do.
