Bénéficiant d'un emplacement idéal, à quelques pas de la plage, l'espace pour 7 personnes et tout le confort de votre maison, ce condo dans la belle St. Augustine Beach est un endroit idéal pour planifier vos prochaines vacances! Récemment mis à jour avec une ambiance cosy, plage-chic!

I-22 est un condo rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© et situĂ© au 2Ăšme Ă©tage du bĂątiment I (ascenseur accessible). I-22 a de nouveaux planchers de marque, il est fraĂźchement peint, a de nouveaux meubles et est approvisionnĂ© pour vos vacances! Cette unitĂ© est situĂ©e au centre entre les deux piscines, Ă  quelques pas de la zone de cuisson et courte promenade Ă  la plage allĂ©e privĂ©e. Il y a beaucoup d'articles neufs dans l'unitĂ© disponibles pour votre usage - literie, serviettes, chariot de plage, 3 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat, cuisine entiĂšrement accessoirisĂ©e, chaises de plage, glaciĂšre et jouets. La chambre principale a un lit queen size avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et salle de bains privative. La deuxiĂšme chambre a deux lits jumeaux, une avec un pop-up gigogne (peut dormir 3) et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. Il y a une salle de bain supplĂ©mentaire de la deuxiĂšme chambre. La salle Ă  manger est ouverte sur le salon fournissant suffisamment de chaises pour 6. Le salon dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision canapĂ©-lit, siĂšge de l'amour et de l'Ă©cran plat. L'unitĂ© a cĂąble et WiFi afin que vous puissiez vous divertir et connectĂ© lorsque vous n'ĂȘtes pas Ă  profiter du sable et du soleil. Notre unitĂ© accepte les animaux domestiques, saisir leur laisse et emballer leur lit pour qu'ils se joignent Ă  la fĂȘte! (LimitĂ© Ă  un petit chien). Regarder le souffle couchers de soleil depuis le confort du canapĂ© ou un patio privĂ©.

L'Ocean Village Club est un ocĂ©an complexe front de copropriĂ©tĂ© fermĂ©e avec deux piscines (dont une chauffĂ©e), courts de tennis, shuffle board, espace grillades, prĂȘt bibliothĂšque, centre de remise en forme et une station de lavage de voiture! Lors de votre sĂ©jour ici, vous ĂȘtes proche de la voie navigable intercostale, St. historique Augustin, et de nombreuses attractions locales. le golf de classe mondiale, boutiques, restaurants, surf, pĂȘche, plage en cours, et le tourisme vous attendent!

Perfect location to enjoy the beach and all the great places to eat in St Augustine. We liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the historic district yet close enough to be convenient when we did want to visit that part of the city.

Very nice condo to enjoy a summer vacation. Directions on how to access the unit were easy to follow which was greatly appreciated. Short walk to access the refreshing pools and beautiful beach. Definitely would stay here again. We had a great vacation!

Beat and cleanest unit that we saw

We had a family reunion this weekend. So I got to see several units in other buildings where my family stayed. Our unit was the nicest and cleanest one. It smelled great every time we came in. I loved having 2 twin beds since I have a son and daughter who didnt want to share a queen bed. It had games, sand toys, grilling items. The grill area next to building I was perfect for our family to meet and grill. I was so happy our building had an elevator, which some buildings didn't. I would definitely stay here again and will want to book this unit again. Owner was reaponsive as well.

Great location and condo was clean and up to date!! We had a fantastic time! The only con would be the bath/hand towels need refreshed since they were a bit old and dingy. The primary pillows were also flat and old and the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall though we had a great stay!

Clean, Comfortable Condo in a Perfect Location – Great for Families!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for two adults and two teens. The location was ideal—easy access to the beach and pools, and downtown St. Augustine was just a short, straight drive away. The check-in process was seamless, which made for a smooth start to our trip.The condo felt very safe, and we were comfortable letting the teens explore the area on their own. It was so convenient to have a beach cart, cooler, and beach chairs provided—made our beach days super easy and enjoyable.There were great local gems nearby, too—a terrific coffee shop directly across the street was a huge bonus for me, and a stylish designer thrift shop within walking distance added a fun surprise to our stay.Whether we were heading out to explore the city or just relaxing, this was the perfect home base. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun getaway

Spacious and clean closer to the beach than you think

Wife and I had a wonderful five week stay at this condo. Large spacious rooms extremely clean. Close enough to the beach to carry chairs or pull a wagon with your lunch and umbrellas. Also driving access just north one block and exit one block past condo south. Super easy if you want to take your four-wheel-drive on the beach. Condo was beautifully appointed with everything we would want. They even supplied beach chairs and wagon. Beautiful semi private backyard second floor balcony. Would absolutely stay again. The manager and owner could not have been more responsive to any request that we had. There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store just a few blocks away. We've even walked there a few times/15 minute walk. A new Publix is being built same distance away also. So if you'd like to cook as we do, you'll have no trouble having variety to choose from. Book this condo and rest assured you'll be well taken care of.

Gorgeous place

The place was gorgeous, very comfortable and cozy, and close to the nights of lights. I would highly recommend staying here. We would come back and stay here again next year. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Close to Beach

Our family of 3 stayed here for a business trip that was in downtown St. Augustine. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and easy access to the beach. We would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

The property grounds were beautiful and the condo was stylishly updated and well maintained. If you don’t mind not having a good view of the beach it is perfect. Butler Beach is a great beach! The booking and the check in process was very easy. The rental agent was very helpful and informative.

Born and raised in New Jersey and surrounded by a huge amazing family, including our son, his wife and their three children. However, a piece of our hearts are here in St. Augustine with our daughter, her husband and our other three grandsons. We bought this condo as an investment but also as a second place to call home. We love St. Augustine and our condo! We hope you get just as much enjoyment out of it as we do.
