Wake up to ocean breezes in this bright, airy condo perfectly situated near the sand, local cafĂ©s and great dining. Enjoy resort-style amenities, including two pools—one heated—plus tennis and shuffleboard courts, a private beach walkover and a fitness center. Unwind with morning coffee or evening cocktails on your private 3rd floor balcony. The updated condo and well-equipped kitchen offer all the comforts of home. Historic downtown is a 10-minute drive away. Book your peaceful coastal escape!

This thoughtfully appointed third-floor condo is one of the closest buildings to the Ocean Village Club beach walkover. Inside, a fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy meals or happy-hour cocktails. The dining table seats six and doubles as a cozy workspace. In the living room, two plush couches and a smart TV invite you to relax and sliding doors open to a private balcony with ocean views and additional seating for two.

Step onto the third floor and take in sweeping views of the landscaped grounds and the ocean beyond. You’re welcomed by a full kitchen and dining area, perfect for family meals or a quick morning coffee. The open living space features two plush sofas for easy lounging, while the private balcony offers seating for two—an ideal spot to dine or relax in the fresh coastal breeze.
The guest bedroom, located near the kitchen, includes a queen bed, dresser, TV, and closet, with a hall bath featuring a tub/shower combo just steps away. The primary suite opens directly to the balcony and ocean views and is furnished with a king bed, dresser, TV, closet, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Entertainment is a breeze with TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, ensuring you can unwind with your favorite shows or movies after a day at the beach. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease, this retreat has everything you need for a carefree vacation.

Ocean Village Club is a gated beachfront community with resort-style amenities: two pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts (rackets and balls provided), and a private beach walkover. Parking is plentiful, and right across A1A you’ll find a plaza with coffee, pizza, seafood, fine dining, a sports bar, and even a gas station—everything you need within a short stroll.
This updated condo blends comfort and convenience, offering the perfect coastal retreat for families, friends, or couples looking to enjoy historic St. Augustine and the beautiful Florida shoreline.

No smoking in property or on the patio.

When booking through vrbo there is a $500 security deposit that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Key Cards - There are 2 key cards on the counter for guest use. These key cards are needed to get into the gate entrance, the pools, the beach access. Please take cards with you during your stay. When you depart make sure to leave the key cards, any lost, damaged or taken key cards will result in a $25 fee per key card.

Additional Guests - The apartment can comfortably accommodate four people. No Additional overnight guests are allowed.

Smoking - There is no smoking allowed inside the house or in porch. Smoking only allowed in parking lot, away from units.

OCEAN VILLAGE CLUB CONDOMINIUMS RULES
Ocean Village Club wants you to enjoy your time at the Club and in order for all of us to achieve that goal; we would ask you to be mindful of the following:

* Pool Areas: NO glass, pets. or diving allowed in pool area. No smoking or vaping at the pools or pavilion. No rafts, inflatables, inner tubes, boogies boards are allowed in pool. Only personal flotation devices for toddlers, elderly and handicapped are permitted. No food or beverage is permitted within 5 feet of the pool per Florida State and St. Johns County Health Codes. Food is only permitted to be served-consumed under the covered area by the pool
bathrooms. Boomboxes, radios, are not permitted at the pool. Earbuds must be used for listening all listening devices. Pools are closed at 10:00 PM.

* No grills allowed on OVC Property. Per NFPA CODE. No grills are allowed on balconies or patios. This was revised to include electric grills. Charcoal Grills are provided at the Picnic Pavilion area and at the Beach Pool Gazebo.

* Nothing shall be hung from any railing except national flags or seasonal decorations. (towels, bathing suits, clothing, mats etc.)

* No boats, RV`s/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored at OVC overnight. Vehicles will be towed.

* No loud and disturbing noises.

* No possession or use of fireworks of any kind anywhere on OVC property.

* Playing games, roller-skating, or bike riding in common areas must not interfere with other residents. No roller-skating/blading/skateboarding on sidewalks or building walkways.

*All walkways shall be kept clear. (Per NFPA Code 101:7.5.1.1.1)

* Each unit has use of one reserved (yellow) and one visitor (white) parking space. All cars must display a valid parking pass and park in the appropriate designated space.

* No coolers, chairs, toys, fishing gear, swim boards of any kind are to be left outside of the boundary of unit patios. Please bring in /on patio-balcony when finished using at the front of the building. Hammocks are not permitted.

* Household garbage is not to be placed in picnic/pool trashcans. Dumpsters are located throughout the property.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
