Spent 2 weeks at the property 8/6 to 8/22/26. My wife and 2 grandkids the pool was a bonus steps to the beach location was great. Very clean and the host was very helpful. We plan to go back.

2nd year in a row we rented this condo, very pleased with cleanliness and location right off the beach and plenty of restaurants close by. Underground parking a plus to lock up bikes and security for vehicles.

It was in a perfect spot on Pacific Beach. Easy access to restaurants and the beach. I did not realize it didn’t have air-conditioning, but lots of fans were available. The door to the condos lock was a little wonky, but we figured it out. Overall, it was a good experience. I would stay there again.

Lovely apartment with fantastic location. View is limited but still nice to have the ability to see the ocean. Host was great and very accommodating. Definitely recommend! Especially for location!

Great location and great condo. Very spacious and super clean. The underground parking space was really convenient, especially being right at the beach. Also, appreciated that the host proactively reached out to insure a smooth check in.

Great property right on Pacific Beach. Had all the beach amenities to borrow (beach chairs, camp chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, ice chest). Stairs down to the beach are right outside the exit. Spacious living / dining / kitchen have been remodeled. Kitchen had all you might need. Bathroom is a little tight so I wouldn’t recommend for more than 3 people. It’s common in the area to not have central air so there was a ceiling fan and 3 strong oscillating fans. Parking under garage was so helpful as this is a highly walkable area. Host was very communicative and had clear documents. It was nice to have codes for garage and front door so we didn’t have to risk carrying a key. Nice stay! Thanks John!

Great location on the beach and boardwalk and close to many restaurants! Condo was clean and as pictured with spacious living and dining rooms. Parking under the building very convenient.

We unfortunately stayed when it was almost 100 degrees in San Diego in October 2026 and this property is on the 3rd floor without A/C. Our daughter's baby monitor showed it was 85 degrees at night in the property and so we got really unlucky with the timing. I would not recommend staying here during a heat wave. No one slept.Pros: Super close to the ocean, some beach equipment available (beach chairs, umbrella, small wheeled cooler, boogie boards, 4 beach towels and plenty of sand toys). Bed is comfortable. Kitchen would have been helpful but it was too hot to use the oven (sparce and only basic kitchen things like 1 cutting board and 1 sizeable mixing bowl though). Laundry renovated while we were staying there with brand new speed queen washer/dryers in parking garage. 10/26 prices were 2.50/washer and 1.75/dryer. Having underground parking was also super helpful as the beach area got busy. Can walk to restaurants and there is a beach walk.Cons: Shower does not have anywhere to set anything down (no stand/hanging shower caddy, nothing) so you have to put your toiletries on the shower floor or figure out a way to balance them on top of the shower frame. The dining table is over carpet which I did not like as a toddler mom. We also had a plumbing issue while there with the kitchen so we did not finish our stay. John was accommodating and easy to reach but was a bummer for our trip.

This condo was perfect for our weeklong stay along the beach. Even though the building itself is old it was very safe with key entries on every side. The condo itself has been updated is very very comfortable. It was right on the beach. You couldn’t ask to be any closer. Lots of shops and restaurants within an easy walk.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a wonderful location (right on the beach) in northern Pacific Beach. The condo has everything we needed and was clean/cozy. We would definitely stay here again.
