The full kitchen is stocked for cooking everything from a hot breakfast to a hearty dinner, and the fireplace adds a warm finish after a day of exploring. And because no beach escape is complete without some indoor fun, Sunny Delighthouse includes access to Surftides Plaza’s game room—just in case the weather wants to keep you on your toes.



Step outside and you’re only one block from the sand; plus, several restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions are within a few minutes' drive, including Chinook Winds Casino. Whether you’re looking to unwind or just add a splash of joy to your week, Sunny Delighthouse delivers the kind of refresh you can’t pour from a bottle.



2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. Check your check-in instructions for a code that will grant you access to our game room.



This is a third-floor unit; there are 36 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to the Guest's credit card.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 30 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
