For the spirited souls, a game room awaits, featuring a lively ping pong table—a space perfect for friendly competitions and shared laughter. Surftides Plaza Condominiums also features close and easy beach access, so guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



Please note that currently the fireplace pictured is not in working order and is purely decorative.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
