Property is described in great detail and we arrived to it being as listed. It had everything we needed for a weekend away which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for a great stay and checking in with us to make sure everything was good when we arrived.
It was a pleasure staying here. The little apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable. The bathroom is upstairs in the bedroom which is convenient, the cute stairs would be a trick in the dark.
Highly recommend! The place was as described, very cute and cozy and perfectly located right next to the beach as well as bars, food, shops etc. Teresa was extremely communicative and helpful and even called around ahead of our stay to find pool tables nearby when I asked if she knew where we could play! (We liked Zeller's and the Old Oregon Saloon.)
Teresa's property is just as advertised. It's very close to the beach with easy walking access. The apartment is very quaint, providing just the right amount of room for two.
The Nautilus is the cutest little place to stay in Lincoln City. It has everything you need in a perfect location! We wanted to enjoy the salt and sand outside so we just needed a place to sleep and this was perfect! Would definitely recommend to anyone (as long as you can get up and down the tiny little staircase haha) and weâll be back for sure!!!
We had a great time!!! The unit was super cute and we loved the theme and decor! We also loved the keypad entry and mood lighting! The variety if spices was great and we also loved rhe welcome drinks and chocolates!
We just stayed for a single night as we toured the coast. Easy access to a beautiful beach. Room itself was delightful. It was a little small, but just perfect for two people. We especially appreciated the two stories connected by a spiral staircase but also having larger access doors from the outside. Very cool.
Clean, homey, comfy bed, close to beach and local eateries. We went to relax- it was perfect.
We wish we could have roasted a salmon- we get the stink. The seagulls enjoyed fresh fish. Didnât catch your right up in time. đŹ
The room was cute but we had no Tv service for 5 days of our stay. We could never get the internet to stay on for more then 5 minutes at a time then it shut off.. also it was a little hard for two people in our 70s to climb the stairs to use the
bathroom or change our cloths.
But the room was nice and a clean place.but no view of the ocean was a bit disappointing.
My girlfriend and I stayed there for a couple days. The room we stayed in didn't have a ocean view, it was the Nautilus room I think? It had two floor with a small spiral staircase, a fireplace a small reclining couch for two people, I wouldn't want to stay in this room with more than two people we are on the larger size of people and the spiral staircase was definitely not fun going up and down. To get to the bathroom. But other than that the room was cute and cozy and inviting. We will definitely be staying again but next time a different room, with an ocean view, even though you're so close to the beach it doesn't even really matter. Fortunately it was really nice weather the weekend we stayed.
Difficult to climb stairs between eating/living and bedroom/bathroom make it very inconvenient for older vacationers.
Dishes are in cupboards too tall for a short person to reach and there was no step ladder.
The space is dark, cramped and full of needless globes and sea chests making it even more cramped.
Otherwise it's good - nice location, parking was available.
This charming place was clean and just as described. The location is great for hitting the beach. The only issue was the spotty WiFi connection, but being at the beach we didnât need it much. We would stay here again.
I stayed here by myself. This was a nice place I didn't need much the property mangers were great. I am a big guy and the spiral stair case was a little bit small. That would be my only compliant. however, there are doors to the outside on both floors so I didn't need the stairs as much.
We spent 2 nights in the Nautilus room while visiting the Oregon coast. We had a little hiccup with check-in (room code was wrong), but Teresa answered her phone immediately, and there was a property manager(?) on-site who was able to help anyway. The place was clean and super cute. Very quiet. The location was great; we were able to walk to an amazing restaurant less than a mile away and beach access was right next to the building. Gorgeous sunsets! We had a great time, and weâll definitely look to stay there again if weâre in the area
The condo was clean and had all the usuals, except that the 2 pieces of soap were postage-stamp size. The ocean was a brief walk away. This "condo" was two utility rooms on top of each other, transformed to make money from suckers like us. Thus the spiral staircase; thus the bathroom that was 3 ft. by 7 ft. including a 2-ft. shower; thus the sink in the bedroom, not the bath. The sofa was cheap and stained. The unit, that had one window on each level and very little light, was painted cobalt blue and pine green and therefore dark and depressing. Going inside felt like being put in jail. Don't stay there! You deserve better!
We are a family of six who love the beach! Fifteen years ago, we bought a sailboat and took our kids sailing in the Caribbean for a year. The experience was priceless on many levels! We brought home a love for warm oceans and boats and all things nautical.
This condo is a recent remodel/addition to our beachfront property. It is at the beach, and 20 stairs from the beach. It has no ocean view or balcony, but is a great space to retreat after beachcombing! It is also walking distance to souvenir shops and restaurants on Highway 101. It's decor has alot of charm and character, but no beach view :( So the price is a bit lower than most oceanfront condos. When you want to see the beach, step outside and go around the corner for our unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean!
