The Space:

This stylish house is in great condition and offers plenty of amenities for a large group. The massive back yard w/picnic tables looks over amazing views of the mountains surrounding Oneonta. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen w/wood cabinetry, separate dining room, spacious living room w/a 50" Flat Screen TV, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom off the kitchen. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms, two have a queen bed. There is a full bath with washer/dryer off the hallway. The master suite is the 4th bedroom with it's own bathroom and double sink. 32"-40" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the highest speed internet offered (400mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Main Street is just a short walk away with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives LEFT FIELD an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

LEFT FIELD is centrally located between both baseball camps.
