1 Mile for All-Star Village, walking distance to restaurants, bus stop at curb
Cozy and comfortable home to relax and recharge with living room to sit and chat, seating for up to six at the dinning room table and seating at breakfast bar in the kitchen, inviting enclosed front porch to watch the world go or sit and listen to the rain. Each bedroom has comfortable beds to unwind, each equipped with smart TV to catch up on your favorite shows. City of Oneonta bus stop right out the front door, excellent way to see the city and get to your destination.
The house was perfect for our needs! We wanted to be close to CASV - it was so easy to get there and back. House was clean, comfortable, and updated. Karen was super responsive during our stay. Highly recommend!
The property is big enough for our grown family of 5. The side street is quiet with plenty of space for additional parking. We enjoyed both outdoor spaces and the ice machine!!
The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of bedding and extra towels. House is very close to the All-Star Village and it was convenient to run back to the house between games or if my son needed something. The house is located on a busy road and has quite a bit of street noise.
The house is very well cared for and clean. I stayed there with my two sisters while visiting other family in the area, plenty of room for all of us. The host was prompt in her responses to any of my messages
The house is ok but has several flaws. 1. Itâs not walkable to Cooperstown all Star village as promised, because the sidewalk ends and youâll be walking in the road. 2. The beds and bedding is really cheap and all of the mattresses have plastic on them which makes for loud and gross sleeping. 3. The stairs in the house are about to cave in. Iâve never experienced louder stairs with more give to them. If anyone in the house needs to go downstairs everyone else is woken up. 4. There is no air conditioning! There are a couple window units. Your options are a hot house or loud house with window units blowing directly on you all night. I would not stay at this property again. The only plus was the proximity to the park. Oneata is nowhere as fund as Cooperstown. The restaurants and atmosphere are much better at Cooperstown and youâd be wise to drive the 30 mins each day. Charging Cooperstown prices in Oneata is just wrong.
