This stylish house is in great condition and offers new vinyl plank flooring in the common areas and beautiful hard word floors upstairs, spacious bedrooms and picnic table w/grill in the large back yard. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a large kitchen w/nice wood cabinetry & washer/dryer, separate dining room, spacious living room w/50" Flat Screen TV, a newly renovated full bathroom and 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, 2 with full beds and 42"+ flat screen TV's in all bed rooms, and a full bath. The house is equipped with the highest speed internet offered (400 mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Main Street is just a short walk away with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives THE WHEELHOUSE an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

THE WHEELHOUSE is centrally located between both baseball camps.
