Travelers will enjoy this newly renovated, spacious home with an open floor plan. There's plenty of room inside for everyone to spread out. Plenty of room outside as well! Located in the country, you will be in-tune with nature and enjoy the view from the wrap-around deck on this large piece of property. The deck overlooks the large field behind the house giving you great views of nature! It's hard to believe that it's only minutes away from Cooperstown All Star Village! You really will get the best of both worlds when you visit.

Wonderful stay for All Star Village week

Great stay just minutes away from All Star Village. Full bathrooms in every bedroom. Large kitchen and great deck for hanging out and eating meals.

Great place - serene, yet close to All Star Village and restaurants/shops. Perfect space for 2 families to share with 4 master bedrooms (including a room with 2 queens). Clean and comfortable. Hosts were great and awesome communicators. Thumbs up all around!

The house is very clean and had excellent space for three couples to share. The house was well stocked with thoughtful things that you didn't need to bring from home. The host was responsive and kind. Would definitely suggest this rental especially for a visit to Cooperstown All-Star village. Very close to the complex and easy to navigate

Perfect

Our kids played at ASV all week and this was perfect for our families. Plenty of space, close to fields. A few little issues with cleanliness but that can be any property. Would defiantly recommend for anyone doing Cooperstown!

We were playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park not the Allstar Park. We were 30 minutes away from the Park, which was a good little drive, but the property was so beautiful and peaceful that the drive was nothing. We all loved it.

Perfect For Allstar Village

We had three families stay here while our boys were playing baseball at Allstar Village. The space and location were perfect. Having a full bathroom in each bedroom was fantastic!

Perfect All Star Village Home

This house is perfect for 2-3 families. Everything is brand new, the views are amazing and the location is a 5 minute drive to all star village. Catrina was excellent with communication if we ever had a question.

Great Experience Again

This is the second time we stayed at this property for our Cooperstown week and we simply love it. It’s super clean, the balcony view is EVERYTHING and it’s 6 minutes from All Star Village. The host is extremely helpful and quick to respond when we’ve had questions. Overall, I’m a huge fan of this property. If I had a third child going to Cooperstown, I’d get this space again.

Amazing rental property!!

This house is brand new and spotless. Has 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The property is huge and it is 5 mins from cooperstown all star village. We loved all the baseball decor! We would recommend this house to everyone! Plus a washer and dryer and dishwasher!! We loved it!

Perfect stay!

This property was perfect for our trip to All Star Village. The proximity to the park is great to go back in between games. The house is new, which is difficult to find in this area, and very clean. All 4 bedrooms and their own full bathrooms and there is a 1/2 bathroom on each floor. There is also a living room with TV on each floor. Catrina was very communicative, always available and was quick to answer any and all questions. I can not recommend this property enough if you are visiting the area.

Perfect!

Field of Dreams house was the perfect place while our boys were at All Star Village. The 5-6 minute drive between the house and ASV was so convenient. With 3 sets of parents sharing the house, the spacious bedrooms, each with full bathrooms, made our stay so comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck in the mornings and evenings when we weren't at ball games. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. I will definitely recommend this house to family and friends who plan to be in Cooperstown in the future.

Field Of Dreams

This house is amazing, it is so relaxing and so close to All Star Village. Made coming and going to the games so easy. Having a living room upstairs and downstairs was great. We had 2 families with little ones who took the rooms downstairs and the living room became the hang out for the kids. Catrina was very helpful with all the questions I had. I would definitely book this house again.

Baseball Families Retreat

This property was the perfect location close to ASV but far enough away to get away from the hecticness of it. The two living spaces and 4 bedrooms were perfect for our group. There were a few little things I wish we had, but I’ll be sending recommendations to the host. Speaking of the host, Catrina was super responsive to any questions we had. There was a pond on the property, or maybe it was next door, not quite sure, but the kids absolutely loved searching for frogs! Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Week at Cooperstown ASV

Had an absolutely phenomenal week staying up at this gem of a house located just 8 short minutes to Cooperstown ASV. Can't say enough about how great the accommodations were - everything in the house was exactly how it looks on the site - neat, clean, and plenty of space for the large family (or multiple families) to spread out and have your own privacy as well as 4 full bathrooms off each bedroom. You can tell the house has been newly refurbished and is perfect for those families traveling to Cooperstown ASV. The short drive to ASV made going back and forth very manageable. Catrina was super responsive to any/all questions and I would highly recommend looking no further than Field of Dreams for your Cooperstown (or any other) plans.

Great Cooperstown home base

House was exactly what we needed for a homebase during the baseball tournament. Clean and very functional. Only suggestions are to improve the wifi and provide more detailed instructions for operating TV -- we could never figure out how to operate the tv and Wifi was weak entire time. Otherwise, highly recommend.

LOCATION, VIEWS, & COMFORT!!!!

I had a few concerns prior to my arrival and Catrina addressed them and gave me piece of mind. Not only did she respond rather quickly prior to my arrival but also during my stay. We felt very welcomed at arrival, the home was very clean and I cannot say enough about the VIEWS and how close it is to ASV. We checked out the other parents’ stays and this one by far topped location, views, and comfort; myself and the other 3 moms that stayed with me rate it a 10/10! Catrina left us a handbook which included instructions, suggestions, menus, and reviews from others who have stayed there, which was very helpful. Truth be told, you will regret not staying here!!!!

All Star Stay!

There are so many great things about this house, especially if you're here for baseball. All 4 bedrooms have there own bathroom, plus 2 half-baths. No waiting when everyone's getting ready for the 8am game! Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor - helpful if people in your group aren't good with stairs. Large capacity washer/dryer. Spacious living/dining room/kitchen. Easy and ample parking. Very close to the ballpark yet quiet and fairly remote. Big deck and backyard. Great communication. We'd be back for sure if we had another baseball- playing youngster! Highly recommended!

Exactly what we were looking for and more!

We stayed at this property because my oldest spent the week at All Star Village playing baseball and I can’t tell you how happy we were with our choice. First, the location was about 6 minutes from the fields so it was easy to go back and forth between games. Second, the house was so clean and well taken care of. That’s a big deal for me and it was perfect! Third, the owner was so quick to respond to anything we needed which made it easy to get answers to our few questions while we were there. If all of the above doesn’t make you want to stay at this property, then maybe this will
the views are extraordinary!!! Absolutely extraordinary!!! The house is surrounded by the most beautiful hills and every morning I would sit on the back deck and watch the most beautiful sunrise!! The incredible views were an awesome bonus to a house that was exactly what we were looking for. My youngest will come to All Star Village next summer and as soon as we get our week, I know exactly where I’m going to book our stay
right here!

Cooperstown Gem!

This property was perfection for our Cooperstown group. The house was seven minutes from All Star Village, had beautiful views and WAS CLEAN! Plenty of bathrooms and beds for a group. We had lots of space, a big kitchen for meals and was easy to get around. The host responded quickly but had no issues. Would recommend to any families traveling to Cooperstown All Star Village.

Location, Location, Location!

You cannot beat the close 6-7 minute drive from this property to Cooperstown All Star Village! We could not have done any better. This was our second trip with our second son to CASV and not knowing the area the first time around our rental was a half hour away from the field. Not this time, and it made all the difference! The house was new, clean and worked out perfectly for our group. I would highly recommend this rental!
