Nouvelle maison à ossature bois sur mesure terminée en 2019. Plan d'étage ouvert avec 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes, sereinement situé sur 7 acres privés.

Facile 4. 5 mile en voiture de Dreams Park (vous pouvez faiblement entendre les applaudissements à travers la rivière la nuit!) et à 6 miles du village de Cooperstown. Sans oublier 1/2 mile de la brasserie Ommegang et à distance de marche de la brasserie Red Shed!

L'étage principal a un plan d'étage ouvert. Séjour avec grande télévision à écran plat ouverte sur coin repas avec des sièges pour 8 personnes. Ouvert à la cuisine avec un grand îlot pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, un coin petit-déjeuner avec des sièges pour 4 personnes et un coin comptoir supplémentaire avec des sièges pour 2 personnes. Walk in cellier avec laveuse / sécheuse et salle de bain complète au rez-de-chaussée.

A l'étage, 3 chambres avec chacune des plafonds cathédrale à poutres apparentes. Chaque chambre a un ventilateur de plafond et son propre système de chauffage / refroidissement. Grande chambre des maîtres comme TV écran plat, canapé et salle de bain connectée. La 2ème chambre a un lit queen et la 3ème chambre a un lit superposé twin-over-queen.

Le sous-sol comprend 2 chambres supplémentaires, chacune avec des lits superposés. Adjacent aux chambres est une salle de jeux avec ping-pong et baby-foot, canapés et grande télévision à écran plat.

Wifi partout. Chaque téléviseur dispose de YouTube TV, ainsi que d'un accès à des comptes personnels sur Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.

Détendez-vous sur le porche donnant sur la cour avant de 2 acres pour les enfants à jouer. Terrasse latérale avec grill et table de pique-nique en gradins de Doubleday Field! Foyer dans la cour arrière pour les nuits S'mores. L'arrière de la propriété borde la rivière Susquehanna pour la pêche ou une baignade fraîche par une chaude journée.

Great find!

Several families stayed here while our kids played at Dreams Park. It was wonderful! Exactly as advertised, very clean, modern with a rustic vibe, and equipped with anything you might need. As a few others have mentioned, it’s on a private gravel road, so you can’t see it from the street and it’s secluded from other houses. This allows for a feeling of privacy and relaxation, with Dreams Park still only about 10 minutes away. The house is decorated beautifully with such fun baseball touches throughout. The owners were great to work with. If we ever return to Cooperstown, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Loved this house!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and is situated on a quiet, private road. Equipped with just about anything you could need while staying there. Everything is clean and nicely decorated. Only a 10 min drive to Dreams Park and also an easy drive into Cooperstown or to many of the restaurants and other things to do in the area. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Great location!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The cabin had everything we needed and more. The cabin was extremely close to Dreams Park which made it easy to go back and forth between games. It was also located very close to the breweries that we enjoyed. We loved making s’mores in the fire pit, and catching fireflies. We had two families stay here and never felt crowded. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Cooperstown Dream Park.

Great Property for Baseball Families

This is a great house perfectly located for both Dreams Park (10min drive) and All Star Village (25min drive). Very clean and well stocked. Our families loved the property.

Baseball Oasis

A couple families shared this house while attending Cooperstown Dreams Park. This house was a great oasis away from the park yet really close for a quick drive to Dreams Park. 1000% recommended this house for families with kids that enjoy their own bedrooms and play space. Great pre-teen hangout and bunkhouse space on lower level.

Perfect

Our two families stayed here while our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was absolutely perfect and was as described. We each had one child staying with us and then our two Cooperstown boys were also able to easily stay with us for two nights. It was a quick drive to the fields but it also felt amazingly remote. I saw two deer at the end of the driveway one morning and bunnies running around every time we came home. We could clearly see the stars at night since it’s so dark. Also having the Red Shed so close was great and Ommegang is awesome too so we went there at least twice. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Best booking ever !

This house is amazing !! It is an absolutely beautiful property and house that is very well taken care of . Every room from the kitchen , bedrooms , basement to the 3 bathrooms were all very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The pantry/laundry room are awesome and gives you lots of extra space to put all of your food/drink out of the way . The basement is a great additional bonus for the kids - they loved the ping pong table . The house is perfectly done in baseball theme - so many nice touches ! The bedrooms are nice and beds were super comfortable. The kids loved fishing at the dock and the fire pit was great at night to relax after long days at Dreams Park . It is the absolute best location if you have a son or daughter playing at the Cooperstown Dreams Park for the week . It is about a 8 minute drive to park and super close to downtown shops. The grocery store is about 5 mins too . The Red Shed barn did not disappoint with their selection and delicious food truck . It is literally almost in the front yard of house ( but across acres so you can’t see or hear it) The hosts were great and really didn’t need anything from them because they do such a good job preparing the house . I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! We hope to be back in a couple years and do it all over again with our younger son !! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home .

Great Place while at Cooperstown

I was a little nervous at first as you can not see the house as your are driving down the road. Once we pulled up to the house we noticed immediately how adorable it was. The house was very clean and very well stocked. The owner was very responsive. The location to Cooperstown dream park was about a 10 minute drive and about the same to Cooperstown town. When not at the baseball fields the other children spent their time fishing. Overall we had a great experience!

Great Cooperstown accommodation

We had an outstanding experience at this property. Came in town for a Cooperstown baseball tournament and lucked out with this place. There are tons of rental options but it’s hard to find a modern place around town. Great location and owner is easy to communicate with.

Awesome House

OMG, this house is AMAZING! Beautiful! We could hear the cheering from Dreams Park while sitting around the fire pit and hot tub at night. Well stocked kitchen. Could use a few more towels to use with the hot tub. Shane was very responsive with communication. Stay here, you'll LOVE IT!

A perfect baseball house

This home was perfect for our stay to Cooperstown. The adults and kids enjoyed everything about this property. The kids played wiffle ball in the front yard on the days they were able to visit and the adults enjoyed the fire pit almost every night. The house was clean and spacious. And the little nods to baseball throughout the house were appreciated by everyone. If we ever had the pleasure of going back to Cooperstown we would rebook this home in a heartbeat. 10/10

Cooperstown Baseball Tournament

We had the best week staying at the house for the my older son's baseball tournament. The house was so comfortable, had everything we needed and was the perfect distance to drive back and forth to the baseball fields. We hope to stay here in another 7 years when our younger son plays in Cooperstown.

Home run!

We stayed here while our son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The location was perfect; close to town, next to a couple of amazing local breweries, the grocery store, and a few minutes to all of his games. The house was CLEAN, charming and had everything we needed! The property was just right, too! Surrounded by corn fields and alongside a river, made it a true Americana experience. Amy and Shane hit our stay out of the park with the care they took in this home and making sure we were comfortable!

AMAZING experience in this gorgeous cabin on a beautiful property!

We had an amazing time at this home while in town for the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. The host was wonderful on communication, he reached out often to check in and make sure we were enjoying our stay. The home was well-stocked with essential items, which was so nice to have for us to not need a trip to Walmart. The pictures represent the home very well, and everything was clean, new, and beautiful. The appliances (fridge, washer/dryer) were top notch and brand new! The outdoor spaces were nice to relax in when were there in-between games. We used the firepit one evening and there is more than enough firewood to start one. The drive to the ballpark was about 11 minutes, so super easy. The Red Shed was right out front, and it was a fun place to have dinner and drinks. Ommegang was also super close, which was awesome. I highly recommend this home to any families coming to the area!

Cooperstown week

Came to town for baseball at Dreams Park with friends and family while our kids played ball. The property was beautiful and relaxing and we loved every minute there. The kids stayed on the last night before we left and couldn’t be happier. Would definitely return. Convenient to fields and downtown.

Fantastic House - Amazing Experience

We were in town to play at Dreams Park and had 8 adults and 3 kids on and off for the week. Four of the adults were grandparents. EVERYONE loved the house, it's location, the beautiful setting, and how absolutely amazing the accommodations were. I would go out on a limb and say that this is the nicest house in Cooperstown, and you will not be let down by the service of the host. Great communication, was flexible with our travel schedule, and made sure we were ready for the stay. If you want a secluded spot to enjoy in the woods, but be close to relatively everything (including the two best breweries 2 minutes away), then this is it. There is plenty of room for large groups, great spots to sit on the deck/front porch for a cocktail, and a rec room downstairs to entertain the kids. This was our second and last trip to Cooperstown for baseball, but we would love to come back and stay here again on another trip!
