Warm and Welcoming Environment.

Small group of women used the weekend to plan a Women's retreat for our church. QI would have preferred only one or 2 emails before we arrived. You sent multiple emails and it was difficult to find the right info as I arrived for gate and doors

Loved the property and area

We are absolutely in love with this house.It is adorable, the area is great. The house is well stocked and clean. We loved hanging out on the wrap around porch with the dogs. Planning our next visit.

Great Family Getaway

This property provided a great family weekend getaway. Very close to downtown Julian and hiking. Easy for us to spread out and enjoy the beautiful views. Would 100% recommend!

Gorgeous relaxing getaway

Wonderful roomy house in a perfect location. Beautiful views of the mountains and close to everything. We went on hiking trails close by shopped and dined in town. The house is absolutely perfect.

Never Disappointing

This was our second visit over the 4th of July. Once again, the house and property are wonderful. We like to come here to "unplug" and enjoy nature.

Lovely stay!

This was a great property - massive floor plan and spacious yet still cosy interior. TV and internet worked great. Steven was very friendly, responsive and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Family spring break getaway

Had a very relaxing trip. The house very spacious, sits up on a hill and offers fantastic views. Very private and quiet. Host is very responsive! Already discussing a return trip in the fall.

Beautiful home!!

Loved the home and how secluded it was!!! Our only issue was the mattresses. Ours was very uncomfortable and so was our friends. Plus they are tall people, so their feet hung off the bed.

Girls Annual Trip

Awesome getaway

My wife and I brought our toddler and Labrador with us for a quick 2 night getaway. We loved this place! It is a big 3br with a beautiful porch, on an apple orchard with tons of room to wander. Our dog especially loved having the room to roam. We plan on staying at this place again during our next Julian getaway.

Julian gem!

Wonderful home with convenient single story layout and large porch with beautiful views. Kitchen is well-stocked, beds were comfortable, and the wifi was great. Dog friendly, but doesn't look like other pets were ever there. Perfect proximity to town and driving through the orchard is a fun touch. Property manager was extremely responsive and provided lots of helpful information about things to do and see in and around Julian. We hope to return!

Peaceful Getaway

We loved our stay here. House was so roomy and has a peaceful vibe with a relaxing porch. All the beds are on the firm to hard side fyi. Kitchen is roomy and nice amenities ( though stove/oven is old) The house is big enough for a large family. lots of nice places to bird watching right from the house or go for a drive.

Pictures don't do the home justice

We rented the home on a last minute trip, thinking it was going to be an OK home. To our surprise it was much better then expected and noted how clean it was and how well supplied it was. Much appreciate when a host goes above expectations! Thanks for a great stay and looking forward to coming back!

PERFECT MOUNTAIN GETAWAY

This was a beautiful farmhouse and I agree with other reviewers the pictures do not do it justice. We stayed for 4 days in January and even though it was cold and rained heavily one day the house was completely secure and warm. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable and they had an abundance of seating areas inside and outside of the house so you would not be getting in anyone's way. The kitchen was very large with 2 separate dining areas. We will definitely be staying here again!

Keith and Priscilla Webb have been married since 1986. Though retired, they moved to Julian in 2010 and knew they needed to keep busy. After all, Priscilla is actively involved in fundraising efforts for the poor and needy in a variety of non-profit groups. Remembering their fondness for fruit from the Julian Farmer’s Market, Keith decided to try his hand at farming. So they bought their first apple orchard across from the Julian High School--Apple Lane Orchard. We are very proud of our apple cider manufacturing and distribution and the Wedding and Event Venue and Vacation Cottage. We hope you enjoy your stay at beautiful Apple Lane Orchards.
