Its beautiful antique décor will charm you, hard wood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, original claw foot tubs in both bathrooms and a kitchen complete with Blue Willow China.

The primary suite is complete with a king size bed, lavishly adorned for the most comfortable slumber and flat screen tv. The guest bedroom is complete with an original 1891 hand carved murphy bed that will entice your guests (Full Bed)

The large back deck overlooks a spacious yard with direct gate access to Downtown Julian's shops and dining. Come and enjoy everything this historic town has to offer in our cottage that has been lovingly restored to give you modern day luxury and the comfort of years gone by.

As a guest you have read, understand and agree that If a pet is brought on site there will be an additional $500.00 clean and sterilization fee (No exception)

This cottage is a historic property and is not set up for parties and no more than 4 people at most.

This is a quiet neighborhood and a Noise Curfew is firmly in place. No outside noise or inside loud music or tv, before 8am and after 10pm.

Please be prepared with tire chains during high storm conditions, there not always needed but at times, it’s required.
