Was noticeable clean upon entering. Everything was organized well and with no real need to message the host for anything. They had a brand new bbq with all the tools, just had to pick up some charcoal in town to make a delicious dinner. I would definitely stay here again and the walk into town wasn’t bad, just a few minutes. Was nice to explore with our young 1.5 and 3.5 year old kids

Always want to stay in this home every time I come to Julian. I don’t want to stay anywhere else. Only issue was when I preheated the oven the house started to fill with smoke from food droppings in oven. Other than that, it was PERFECT!

The cottage had everything we needed air conditioning, comfortable beds, full kitchen, etc. we had a little bit of a problem getting the Internet to work for the smart TV, we contacted the host and she responded right away and gave us suggestions how to get it fixed. Great location. Five minute walk to the downtown area.

WOW! This was a very nice place to stay while in Julian, very nice. It is well kept, clean, spacious, just lovely, homey, warm, welcoming. Deborah even provided a few snacks and I did enjoy some. There was a Keurig coffeemaker, some tea bags and some coffee pods to get you started, It was exactly what we wanted, a place to get away from home for a few days (chores, responsibilities) with trees around us, the sound of birds, a place to relax. We totally enjoyed making our own dinner the first night as we were too tired to venture out even if the town was just down the hill, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet.We're used to a CalKing bed but two queens served nicely for maximum comfort. The a/c and fans worked fine as needed. We were definitely comfortable and happy.There are a few games there and a small jigsaw puzzle (I got so excited to see that!) and while hubby watched a movie, I listened while putting the puzzle together...relaxing? Oh yes!!Deborah was easily accessible when I had a question, replied promptly. We highly recommend this place; it's great..

Had a great time at this beautiful property. It was charming, spacious, and in a perfect location. The host was very responsive and the house was was stocked up with everything we needed. It truly exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to stay here again.

Julian ride

Trailered Harley to ride Julian and San Diego/ Coronado. Absolutely beautiful hwy 78 south. 79 in both directions as well. The cabin was very well kept and had ample parking for truck and trailer.

The best to stay in Julian

The house is beautiful. It's located within walking distance of downtown but feels isolated up there in the trees. It was a shock when we walked in: we've never found a place this nice. Large kitchen. Two bedrooms and I think the living room (huge) couch folds out into a bed as well. There's even a small sitting room with a seperate tv for those with different taste in entertainment. The owner responded immediatly when we couldn't figure out the lockbox. Really, I could go on. If you are coming up to Julian, you should try for this place first.

Not a cabin..more like a very nice sweet home! Had everything we needed except for a plunger!..lol The festival not so much but the town and house was GREAT!Will be back....Is this sweet home available for the summer months?

Super convenient to downtown Julian

The property was nice and secluded, but only a 2 minute walk from restaurants and shops in downtown Julian. During our stay we make the walk 3 times without any issues. You can still hear some loud trucks on the main road, but it was never an issue. The cottage is very cozy and comfortable.

Loved it!

We loved staying here! So close to town but far enough that you can have a peaceful stay.The house was perfect for my family, we all had enough space for what we wanted to do.Looking forward to coming back!
