Inside, you'll love the open-concept living space. Picture yourself relaxing in the stylish, comfortable living room, which flows seamlessly into a dining area perfect for 8 to 10 guests. And for the aspiring chef, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, ready for delicious meals and memorable moments.
Step through the French doors onto your expansive private deck â an entertainer's paradise! Here, you'll discover outdoor dining for 10, a convenient Weber natural gas BBQ, and an Ooni pizza oven for fun pizza nights. Unwind in the bubbling hot tub, take a refreshing dip in the natural swim pond, and rinse off in between in the convenient outdoor shower. The deck is surrounded by lush gardens, leading to a private dock with a comfy sectional and a cozy fire table â perfect for evening chats under the stars listening to the sound of rushing water.
This home is thoughtfully designed for the host family of 5, with plenty of extra sleeping space for up to 12 guests, plus your beloved family pets! The large upstairs bedroom is a serene escape with a Westin Heavenly king bed (sleeps 2) and a twin sofa bed (sleeps 1). In the living room, you'll find a comfortable queen sofa bed (sleeps 2). Downstairs, there are three additional queen bedrooms (sleeping 6), a convenient wet bar kitchen, a cozy TV lounge, a dedicated workspace, and a welcoming sitting room with another queen sofa bed (sleeps 2). You'll also find laundry facilities and a full bathroom on this level.
Our location makes exploring Victoria a breeze! You'll have free parking for three cars, easy access to public transit, and you're just moments away from fantastic shops, restaurants, the University of Victoria, and Camosun College Lansdowne Campus. It's only a 5-minute drive to beautiful Cadboro Bay Beach and a quick 15 minutes to vibrant downtown.
Need even more space for a family reunion or a big group getaway? We've got you covered! Our properties are conveniently located right next to each other, with fenced, connecting backyards. This creates an incredible shared space for gatherings of all sizes. Book one or more â we can comfortably accommodate up to 38 guests overnight!

Our lively neighborhood, buzzing with energy from the university and the lovely Horner Park, offers a cool mix of community vibes and modern living.
