Charming 4-bedroom house in Langford next to Thetis lake
Discover this gorgeous modern 4-bedroom 2 bathroom gem with trail access to Thetis lake. Located in Millstream close to a vibrant shopping center with all desired amenities. This beautiful house features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 2 bathrooms, including a jetted bathtub, guests can unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The living room with a cozy sofa bed offers a terrific space to gather and make memories. Experience what Langford has to offer with a stay at our soothing house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking supplies as well as dishes , condiments, a dishwasher, full oven, fridge, stick blender, and other small appliances. There is beautiful island bar in the middle with stool as well as a great dinning table right beside a gas fireplace. There is a bathroom right beside the kitchen for your convenience.
You may also share a meal together or relax in the evenings on the back patio which includes stairs access down to the lower yard area. The yard is shared with the suite below and has a lawn and garden with a second patio and pergola.
The living room is spacious and comfortable with lots of light. It includes a large queen sofa bed, a second sofa, lounging chairs (1 chaise), gas fireplace, and a 60 inch flatscreen LED smart TV . Lots of room for kids activities and a safety gate for the staircase, in case you have small children. Also a workspace desk included by the window.
The bedroom by the living area is perfect for kids and includes a bunk bed with a double bottom mattress and twin top. There is also a foldable crib with extra linens for infants.
The master bedroom includes a king bed with a walk in closet and lounge space for reading or quiet time. There is a separate on-suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath tub for your relaxation.
The other 2 bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with closets and a lounge chairs.
Space includes a desk workspace and great for business travellers or remote workers.
The hallway includes a stacker washer dryer unit which is equipped with laundry detergent for you. Easy to operate with many cycle features.
Guest access
When you arrive, you will be able to park in the driveway and enter through the front door, using your own unique key code. Parking includes 2 spots in the front driveway (in-front of the #1 and #2 signs). The key code will be provided to your 1 day prior to check in.
You have 24 hour access and arrive time is flexible for you. Simply enter your code when you arrive and start enjoying the space.
There are 2 units in the the house that have separate entrances and each suite is completely self contained and private. All doors have key pad access. You must first enter the front entrance, and then head straight through the second door and up the stairs to find your suite.
Other things to note
Parking:
- Driveway parking is shared with the other suites. There is room for 2 cars of yours in the driveway.
- There is also a free street parking area in on the street down on Phelps road if you have more than 2 vehicles
- Please do not park on the side of the road in the complex.
Amenities:
- Wifi is high speed internet for fast connection and office productivity.
- Please use only powder soap in the Bosch laundry machines.
- Access trail to Thetis Lake is seconds away and is a beautiful lake for nature hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and more!
Late Check-outs:
We usually need to get into the house right at 11am on checkout day in order to turn over the house for the next guest. If you would like a late check out, we can accommodate with notice and we would charge an additional $50 for the extension.
