Dear Guest, We are truly sorry to see that your experience at our cabin did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide every guest with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so it is disappointing to receive such a low review. For the benefit of future guests, we would like to provide some additional context regarding your stay. It appears that the main concern was the expectation that the swimming pool would be available during your visit. As outlined in our property description, the pool is seasonal, unheated, and only available between June and September. Outside of this period, it is winterized and unavailable for use. Prior to your stay, we were happy to accommodate your date changes and also offered a significant discount to better suit your budget, which was accepted. Throughout your visit, we responded promptly to all questions and requests and even provided additional items beyond our listed amenities to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Despite our best efforts, we understand that your experience still fell short of expectations, and for that we are sincerely sorry. We always encourage guests to carefully review the property description and reach out with any questions before booking so we can ensure the home is the right fit for their needs.
