Ce magnifique condo au premier étage face à l'océan a deux chambres et deux salles de bains. Il a été entièrement rénové en 2011. La chambre principale a un lit king size et l'autre chambre a deux lits doubles. Il peut accueillir 6 personnes. Accès facile à la plage et à la piscine qui se trouve juste à l'extérieur des portes coulissantes en verre. Le condo a des carreaux de céramique dans la cuisine et le salon, des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils. L'unité dispose également d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'un câble T. V. et d'appels interurbains gratuits. Il a également une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et les deux chambres. Le grand balcon offre une table et des chaises pour regarder le beau lever de soleil.

Loved our stay!

Great location with quiet beach and easy drive to downtown! Loved the condo - clean & cozy (but roomy), quick access to beach and pool, easy parking, and great patio! We would definitely return.

The property was amazing. Very clean. Loved the first floor direct walkout to the pool and the beach! The view was incredible. Dolphins, sunsets and the boardwalk! Thank you for hosting such a great place!

Awesome town!!

The stay at Amelia South condos was excellent. You can’t beat the view from your balcony. Everything that you need is there. Easy drive into town/restaurants. Very quiet surroundings for f you need to take a rest or get some sleep. Will be back for sure. Thanks!!

Mothers Day Weekend

We had such a wonderful time staying at this condo. We have rented it four or five times, we like it that much. The location is perfect for us. Bottom floor, and three units over from the pool. The property is always kept up and the condo is always clean and welcoming.

We loved it!

The condo was just as listed. Very clean, updated decor and an awesome location. The fact that you can walk out the back patio and have such quick access to the pool and beach was the best! The property as a whole was very well maintained. This was our first time to Amelia Island and we really loved it. It might be time for some new sheets as they were definitely worn in. But overall, it was a great stay!

Clean Condo and Great Location

Holly’s condo was extremely clean and spacious. We loved there was plenty of seating in the living room area and the kitchen had plenty of counter space. The ground floor condo made it extremely easy to access the beach with little ones.

Family vacation

Condo was clean comfortable and exactly as show in pictures. Has everything u need to start your vacation plenty of seasonings in the cabinet. The bathrooms had two rolls of toilet papper per bathroom and ample amount of washcloths in each closet.The condo had easy access to the pool and beach being a ground floor unit. Pool was clean and had ample lounge chairs but no shaded area at the pool. No beach chairs at this unit but we always bring our own just in case. Convenience store and restaurant within walking distance. The main living area was easily toddler proffed as well as the rest of the house.

Beautiful ocean view with close access

Pros: Super close to the beach with an easy short walk, great sunrise views, beds were comfortable, nice patio that is shaded after mid morning, nice size pool, washer/dryer. Cons: Two big ones. 1) You must have a gate key card to go in or out to the beach. That is the condo's doing, not the owner, but it is a big hassle to keep up with the keys and coordinate who is coming and going. Fortunately the owner was able to get us an extra key, so that helped some. 2) The master bed room door wouldn't close all the way! This was annoying for my husband and me. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, but it wasn't addressed while we were there. More: You can see the ocean while sitting inside on the sofa, or outside on the patio. The pool is very close by. We loved the location and easy walk to the beach. The condo is nice and comfortable. We do a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was adequate. It could use some better knives and a new can opener, but it's your basic rental kitchen and everything worked. Make sure you get details on how to open the lock on the front door. It was not obvious, and we were lucky to find someone that knew how. The owner didn't answer when I called. Fernandina is a cute little town with interesting shops that aren't all just touristy, and a nice riverfront setting. Overall we really enjoyed our week at the beach.
