Amelia island

Wonderful location , property could use a little updating -kitchen , bathrooms , patio chairs . On arrival kitchen lacked basics of cutting boards plates , spatulas etc . On contacting the property manager they delivered all I requested that day, they were very helpful and responsive

Great time at the beach

My husband daughter & I had a great time at Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. The Ketch Courtyard was in a great location. The condo was very clean and close to everything. Great restaurant's and shopping as well as right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for car show

The condo was well equipped, clean and in a perfect location for the car show. Management was super responsive throughout the process. Check in was a breeze. Hope to stay there again!
