Great Beachside location

Well kept, neat and clean apartment. Nicely equipped and modern kitchen for those who like to cook (as we do). Very comfortable bed in the primary bedroom (so important). We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice family place

This was a good place for a family weekend stay, plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 toddler. Well equipped with beach chairs and towels, comfortable beds, nice uncluttered and updated decor.

Great time at the beach

My husband daughter & I had a great time at Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. The Ketch Courtyard was in a great location. The condo was very clean and close to everything. Great restaurant's and shopping as well as right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely community

We go somewhere different every spring with another couple. This time it was 1 million Island and we were delighted with the community. The property was very clean and situated well. We were a bit disappointed to run into a few complications with a TV that didn't work a bathroom, torn hub that was broke and locked my wife in. And a shower faucet that was installed improperly and generated cold showers. Property management responded quickly and repaired the situations. We thought we might see a rebate as a way of the property management saying these things happen and we're sorry it happened to you on your trip.

Relaxing getaway

Everything we needed for a nice, relaxing vacation. We loved the easy access to the restaurant across the street (ate there 3 times!). The kitchen could have been stocked a bit more but we had everything that we needed. Overall a fantastic location/experience and we will be back!

Nicely appointed condo with great location

This condo is nicely appointed, comfortable beds, good kitchen, nice furnishings, and decor, good wifi AND you’re less than a five minute walk from a very clean, uncrowded beach. Since this is a ground floor unit, you also have a view of the beach fauna and flora, including rabbits and turtles. This unit is also conveniently located half way between two major supermarkets (about a ten minute drive to each) and also convenient to some really good restaurants. For a beach vacation this would be hard to beat.

We had a wonderful trip and loved this property! We will definitely book here again!

Everything was perfect! There were even bunnies in the grass which was great for my kids. My only complaint was the lack of overhead lighting and ceiling fans but that was a minor inconvenience.

Wonderful property

This was our second time staying at this property and it was as wonderful the second time as the first! Beautiful and clean. Being on the ground level is prefect for young kids. There are even rabbits out the back door!

Nice Beach Condo

This condo checked all of our boxes. Oceanfront, 1st level, and easy parking. Check in and out was a breeze. Nicely appointed furniture. The bathrooms and kitchen were a little outdated, but functioned properly; great water pressure, which is a must for a shower coming from the beach. 100% would rent again!

Wonderful location , property could use a little updating -kitchen , bathrooms , patio chairs . On arrival kitchen lacked basics of cutting boards plates , spatulas etc . On contacting the property manager they delivered all I requested that day, they were very helpful and responsive

Nice Stay!

Despite the hurricane, my stay was pleasant and quiet. Very easy access to the beach and a wonderful view from the living room! The furnishings were nice and the bed was very comfortable. The AC, TVs, and all appliances worked well. The host company was great with communication and I felt they would respond quickly if I needed them. My only negative - which is no fault of anyone - is the design of the unit. The bedrooms are dark because the windows open to a dark concrete hallway on the bottom floor. I kept the draperies shut which made the rooms feel basement like. But the view from the rest of the unit makes up for it. An overall nice stay!

Would stay again

Location was fantastic! Condo was a little outdated with large chips in countertops, older bathrooms, etc. We had an issue in the master bath, where a leak from upstairs became an issue and they were right on it to get it resolved. The master bedroom tv went out, and it was replaced in no time at all. Dustin - the maintenance guy - was a treat. He was clear with communication, true to his word, and joyful to talk with while there. Hopefully, there would be no issues for anyone staying, but it there is, it will be addressed quickly and efficiently. Will recommend to others!

Ketch courtyard review

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was relatively clean and spacious for our family of 3. The beach chairs provided were very nice and useful. The view from the first floor patio was beautiful. We didn’t really have an issue with people walking by as some people mentioned. A few folks but nothing that bothered us at all. We could have used a few more towels, and some basic condiments and things in the kitchen would have been nice. My only actual complaint is for some reason there was a leaf blower going right outside our window at 8 AM several days of our stay. Being woken up by that wasn’t ideal. Overall the condo was great and the beach was perfect. Thanks!

Nice location but lacking updates

Pros - close to the beach - amazing view of the water from the condo - fun bar/restaurant across the street - smooth check in and check out (bonus that you don’t have to strip the beds, amazing) - well appointed decor Cons - bedrooms are adjacent to the echoey main hallway. Not a super huge deal but definitely not great if you have little kids sleeping. It can get really loud. - the kitchen and bathrooms are very old and shoddy. Chipped counters, rusty shower curtain rods, etc. The age and wear of the condo show and just makes it feel dingey and dirty. I would definitely stay in this building again, but probably not this condo.
