This is a great little spot. On the beach, walk to restaurants, easy access to town and well marked parking spots. The place was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Only suggestion would be to add a high top table and chairs on the deck for a better ocean view. We will definitely stay here again!

Ocean view stay

We enjoyed this one bedroom unit. It was well appointed and the location was ideal for going to the beach and a short drive to great food. Overall, a great stay.

What a weekend

My husband and I stayed here in June and had an awesome time. It was our first time to Amelia Island and the location was perfect to visit the beach and enjoy downtown. The unit had everything we needed and communication throughout the whole process was great.
