Spacieux deux chambres / deux salles de bain face à l'océan condo sur Amelia Island avec des vues imprenables sur l'océan. Situé dans le complexe Amelia Sud populaires, ce condo offre une grande disposition, complexe piscine privée, et accÚs à la plage commode.

Le complexe Amelia Sud face à l'océan est situé sur Amelia Island - un emplacement qui est trÚs pratique pour les restaurants, boutiques et attractions locales. Le restaurant Surf est juste en face de la rue avec des siÚges intérieure / extérieure, bar tiki, et de la musique live tous les soirs. Faire le facile dix minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Fernandina et profiter du charmant quartier du centre-ville avec de nombreux grands magasins et des restaurants.

Ce condo a une conception ouverte dans la zone principale (cuisine, salle à manger et salon) et bénéficient d'une vue sur l'océan de ce domaine et la chambre des maßtres. Grand balcon et comme vous le verrez dans les images, une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique et de belles plages.

Ce condo est aa endroit parfait pour une escapade à la mer et a été bien entretenu et bien approvisionné. Tout cela pour un bon prix! Nous avons hùte d'avoir de tes nouvelles!

This property was wonderful. So clean and well equipped. We loved our stay and if we were to return we would check to see if this property is available. Communication was also awesome. View Amazing! I have zero to complain about. Location was also very very good.

Spacious 2-bedroom 2-bath condo immediately overlooking a gorgeous beach from the 6th floor (next to top). Recently updated appliances and all the amenities. A great location mid-way down the outer coast of Amelia Island. Would rent again.

Wonderful Sister Vacation!

My sister and I had a wonderful week at this property! It was beautifully decorated and located close to all that we wanted to experience. The trip to the beach was short and easy! We will stay here again in the future!

Great Condo, Great Location

Loved the private balcony overlooking the ocean. Condo was very clean and was fully stocked. Loved being so close to downtown Fernandina. Will definitely be back!

Amazing Amelia Beach week

My grandchildren and I stayed in L6 at Amelia South, hosted by Destinations Amelia . We had a fabulous time! The pictures in the listing are exact, the unit definitely did not disappoint! . The view was phenomenal. 
 the beach amazing, the pool perfect, every amenity inside the unit was there and functioning as promised. I will definitely be back to L6.

Beach front + Space X

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and convenience to the beach (right on the beach)!!! We went for a late night walk and saw "something" in the distance start to streak across the sky with a red burner tail and halo. We were not quite sure what it was at first, but after looking it up on Google we saw where Space X launched that night from Cape Canaveral. We really enjoyed our time and the people we met during our stay.

Cozy oceanfront getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Ryan was very easy to communicate with. Very clean. Our grandchildren live 10 minutes away, but don’t have a big enough house to accommodate us, so the kids came over and really enjoyed the pool time! Great location! I would definitely stay here again should the opportunity present itself.

Stop now and rent this one!

If more owners would furnish their units to be as comfortable as this one they would probably have more repeat renters! A very comfortable and extended sofa, plush rocker recliner, carpeted den-no "dirty tile foot" before going to bed. Quality kitchen ware and lots of it, no bargain store utensils and ice maker never quits. We are twenty-year Amelia veterans and will surely be returning to this one!

Improvment

Bedroom with 2 beds, beds should be positioned under windows as it is very difficult to get into closet. Storm slider door needs to be oiled. The fan on outside deck the string is too short to reach. Very nicely appointed with extras Thanks

Nice, but unit could use some updating

Condo was fairly nice and clean for the majority. The building is quite old. The floor could have used a second vacuuming prior to my arrival. I noticed Sand in various places upon entry. The master bathroom was very cramped and noticed mildew on the ceiling and much dust in the AC return vent. I was quite surprised to find the house requesting removal of my trash and to wash linens prior to exiting the property after paying 150$ cleaning fees upon booking. Somewhat dissatisfied with such request. Though.. the view was lovely.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen. Ice machine worked fine, plenty of pots and pans, etc. The coffee machine was broken and they replaced it immediately. The water pressure in the kitchen is low but everywhere else it was fine. Communication was excellent with management. The two twin beds are just that, twin beds, We thought one was full from the pics. The views are great and it's really a nice unit. We would return for sure!

This is a very clean condo with plenty of room. The comforters were so soft and cozy. The view is gorgeous. The patio is very private with a direct view of the ocean/beach. It is located right in the middle of everything you would want to do. A gas station is right across the street. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Just bring your own spices, coffee etc. Furniture was nice and good decor. Very cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo had been remodeled which was beautiful. It overlooks the ocean with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Being conveniently located, it is easy to shop and have a wide variety of restaurants nearby!

Awesome accommodations!

Everything was just perfect with everything that you would need staying in this condo! The beach view was amazing! We REALLY appreciated the beach chairs that we could use during our stay here, you don’t know what a lifesaver that was especially since we spent a lot of time on the beach! My only complaint was the water pressure was terrible, but I think that’s out of the control of the owner. It may be a Florida thing because it seemed like there was no pressure at restaurant’s also! Thank you for a nice Vacation and a beautiful place to stay!! We definitely needed warm sunny skies because we live in Rochester, NY!!

Great condo and location

This was a great condo which we were lucky to snag for a short term rental. Communication with the rental company was excellent. Condo was nicely updated and sitting out on the balcony each evening was always special. The only negative was that one of the elevators was out which made it harder to get up and down. Beach and pool area are great!

Spectacular Ocean View!

My daughter I loved our stay on Amelia Island. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom was beautiful. We took many walks on the beach! The kitchen was well stocked for us to make all of our meals in the condo. It was a lovely property and we would definitely stay here again!

New years relaxation

Beautiful condo, beautiful views, and gorgeous sunrise for the New Year! We normally only go for the summer, but decided to have a change of scenery for new years weekend and it was just as good! The sunrise from the room and balcony in the mornings were unbelievable. We ventured downtown for the shrimp drop, visited all the parks around town and of course took the kids to Fort Clinch. This condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable!! They had games for the kids and adults and chairs in the closet for the beach. Dont hesitate to book! We will be back.
