Situé sur la magnifique île d'Amelia, impeccablement décoré, le condo face à l'océan offre le meilleur de tous les mondes. À quelques pas du parc d'État de Fort Clinch, où vous pourrez faire de la randonnée, du vélo et pêcher à partir d'une spectaculaire jetée d'un quart de mile. À environ trois kilomètres de la plage historique du centre-ville de Fernandina, où les rues pavées sont ornées de maisons de style victorien, d'une cuisine raffinée et de boutiques pittoresques.

Lit queen dans le maître, deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre ouverte et canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Superbes vues sur l'océan et la plage depuis votre terrasse privée.

LOCATION WAS PERFECT! WE HAD EVERYTHING NEEDED. ONLY COMPLAINT WALL CLOCK IN BATHROOM IS VERY LOUD. WE TAKE THE BATTERY OUT. NO OTHER ISSUES.

Great stay

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo. Property was spotless, and well-equipped with every essential need. Unit is a mere steps from the sand, and equally as close to a wonderful oceanfront bar/restaurant.Our stay couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.

Right on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo had everything that we needed for a week away. We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach. Downtown was just a few minutes away in the car and there were lots of awesome restaurants to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, very clean and a great location, short drive to restaurants and stores The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Great view of the beach also!

LOCATION & VIEW

I love this little community.. very short walk to the beach. This condo is very neat and clean. It has everything you’ll need for your beach vacation. I would reserve it again in a heartbeat.

Awesome condo!

We have stayed at Terraces twice before, but this was the first time in this unit. It was great...plenty of room, awesome view from the balcony, extremely clean, and probably one of the most well stocked units we've ever stayed in anywhere. The kitchen had everything we needed! The hosts were very easy to deal with and we would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time in this condo and we were very pleased. The condo is decorated very nicely and appropriately for the beach and is always clean and neat. The owner has been great to work with. We will defintely recommend Terraces at Beachside

Great location

Property was as described. Had a minor issue on our first day but Tim reached out to us first and had the issue resolved asap. He was a very gracious host. The building was very secure. Not crowded at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Well equiped unit. Good view, clean and well kept. Excellant choice for a couple or a family of four. Perhaps not for 2 couples as there is a privacy issue with the second bedroom. Hope tp enjoy again sometime in the future.

Family of Five Vacation

We have stayed at other properties in this building before, but by far this one was the best! It was well appointed and convenient to everything. The balcony was private enough and was far enough away from the Sandbar restaurant that we did not hear any noise from it. While there was only one true bedroom the space worked for us perfectly. Communication as easy and fast. Thanks for a great week!

Location, Location, Location

If you’re wondering, we love the location of Terraces at Beachside! Close to restaurants and not far from the beautiful little downtown of Fernandina! We’ve visited here for years! This is our 4th stay in the complex, our 1st at the Robinson’s unit 303. They have the place very well stocked with everything you’ll need! Furnishings are nice and clean. We love having 2 baths (not all units here do). Check in was easy breezy and we feel like we got a good deal! We’ll be back!

Perfect Perfect Perfect!!!

The perfect location. The pictures do not do the condo any justice. It had everything you need. There were 5 of us there and there was plenty of room. The recliners were so comfy I could have slept there. Sandy Bottoms has good food and music on the weekend so we got to open the door and listen to live music. The pool was warm and never busy. Will defiantly go back there. Tim was great to deal with always answered fast.

Three words sum it up - rent this condo!

"Ocean Sights & Sounds" is the perfect rental for a relaxing, oceanfront vacation. The location can't be beat - steps from the ocean and two short miles from the charming historic downtown of Fernandina Beach. The covered garage parking space is only feet away from the elevator, which takes you quickly to the third floor and the condo's nearby entrance door. Inside is one the cleanest, most tastefully decorated, comfortable, and well appointed VRBO rentals I have ever stayed in. Tim is a fabulous host, and responded quickly to all questions and online messages. The beds are comfortable, the oceanview balcony is a great spot for morning coffee and afternoon happy hours, the in-unit washer/dryer are convenient, the TVs and cable service work well, and the availability and inclusion of beach chairs and umbrellas (set up every morning, weather permitting) by the adjacent beach club are a welcome amenity. Rent this condo now - you will not regret it!
