Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our vacation home is located within the beautifully maintained gated community of Briarwood in Naples. Its EXCELLENT location will make our 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with heated saltwater pool/spa home your favorite. Our home has a spacious open floor plan designed to comfortably accommodate 8 guests (4 adults and 4 children, or 2 adults and 5 children), we are pet friendly with a fee, fully furnished with all the comforts of home.

The community of Briarwood is located along Livingston Road, just minutes from beaches, Olde Naples and its Fifth Avenue shopping and dining.

This private, gated community features a 24-hour manned gatehouse, a private park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, soccer field, beach volleyball court, basketball court, two heated swimming pools, and community event center.
Reservations made 7 days or less before arrival are subject to an additional $100 to cover expediting the Briarwood Lease Application.
NO smoking in the HOUSE, GARAGE and LANAI.
Do NOT sit on house furniture with sunscreen or wet clothes.
Do NOT move the house furniture. Or any inside furniture outdoors or into the lanai.
Do NOT allow pets on furniture or use house linens, blankets etc. as bed for pets.
We do require you to sign a vacation rental agreement and Briarwood Lease application prior to your stay. Briarwood is a gated community and you will NOT be allowed entry without these forms be completed. Therefore, we will ask for your email to deliver the forms.
