You give me 4 stars and mention nothing about how at last minute within 24 hours . I went and stayed in a hotel and booked a flight because of what someone else did to you. Leaving you in a cheap hotel with all your family for almost what I charged you for my entire house? I was in the middle of making repairs to the house and we had to push them weeks ahead to accommodate you. Why mention that and not the rest?

Sorry you felt like that. No one has ever said that. You are free to touch anything you wanted in the house except one locked closet. Why did you feel like that?

I am glad you had a good time, unfortuntely within a couple of days of the landscaping crew comes which is every week, the leaves do fall. In florida its a constant thing, not like in other areas where they have seasons. Welcome anytime.

This is very odd. I just looked and see that you never sent us a message. Of course it’s heated, you do have to push the button. We can’t leave the hot tub and pool heating all of the time. When I rent a house and I have a question. I ask. Not sure why you didn’t. Sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. You were 10 adults staying in a big clean house for the price of one hotel room. I see that your complaints are opinionated. Others enjoy it every much and have enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. I also have it in the description as 4 bedrooms. One extra room is called tv room with beds. Vrbo is telling people it is 5 and I’m sorry they are doing that.

Let's be honest here. You questioned the hole in the ceiling of one area that was covered by a tarp. I immediately answered you. I explained that they are going to finish the closed cell insulation in that area. They could not get to that part of the house which is the center and could not access from either side because of the configuration, they needed to make more holes in the ceiling. Once they made that first hole, I told them to wait. The first thing you said that I was lying, and I had a water leak, backing this up that you were in the business for 30 years. I said go ahead and check the other parts of the house and you will see the insulation done. I have no reason to lie to you. I sent you texts proving what I was saying was the truth. You told me you were having people over from the wedding you were attending, and this was not acceptable. I said that I held the workers off the day before to make sure there was not a mess when you came, finally getting them to come after us waiting for so long. You asked me to fix the situation, so I spent the next four hours on A Thursday night trying to find someone to put a piece of drywall up. I finally found someone and told you that same day that someone would be there the next day to take care of it. No response from you, the next day when I text you to tell you that they were on their way, you told me you finally got to the house and decided to not stay there., even though I did exactly what you asked me to do. Finding out that you were making all these claims from someone else telling you the night before. This hole was in the family room where to watch TV. This hole did not affect you sleeping or the house comfortable. A/c was as cold as it gets every other night. You mentioned you lived not too far away. Your whole story did not match up and I did exactly what you asked me for. I offered to give you back your money for that one night and you said a number equaling almost what my total income was. You were being unreasonable> i have never had a customer talk to me the way you did. As you can see from reviews, anyone that has contacted me. I make myself available and take care of issues as soon as I can. The day you left, they were there and made 4 more holes. I even text them to you so you knew I was telling you the truth. Unless your house is more than perfect. I would not rent to this couple. Thank you for taking me down from a perfect 5 star review.

Hi there. Thank you for staying with us. I just found out about the screen from the people that are staying there currently. Someone is actually fixing it today. I am sorry about that, I need the cleaning crew to tell me about those issues. The tv does have a kids option, I always welcome anyone to contact me with any questions. I apologize about the smell. There are animals sometimes that die being it’s on the water. We spend a lot of money on bug protection, but it is Florida and there is only so much that can be done. I apologize about the pool. Some guests don’t treat the pool or the house as their own and it sometimes takes a day to bounce back to where it needs to be. Some people leave the house immaculate. We use a saltwater system instead of the harsh chemicals most people use. Please message me with anything you think could use some tlc. We always invite feedback and I’m glad you had a fun time.
