Ceci est une belle maison de style Floride avec vue sur le lac et toute exposition de soleil du sud de la journée. Soleil toute l'année et de spectaculaires couchers de soleil près de la piscine sont appréciés au sein de la véranda projeté. Toute la famille peut profiter de leur propre espace tout en ayant libre accès à une maison complète avec toutes les commodités que vous attendez tout en voyageant. L'accès est inclus Clubhouse où vous pouvez profiter de tennis, piscine et salle de fitness.

Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, nous sommes à 5 miles de la belle ville de Naples, où vous pourrez faire du shopping, restaurants et divertissements. Vous pouvez aussi trouver tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour les plages de la côte du Golfe chaudes à seulement quelques pas.

Perfect location with great lakeview

Fun stay with a perfect pool and patio .. no welcome book or instructions were present for WiFi or check in/check out process but the owner was very quick to respond and to welcome us

Wonderful find

We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and clean. Good location. Well stocked with everything you may need from dishes to pool toys. We are planning another visit.

Week at crown pointe

We enjoyed our week at crown pointe. We had a couple of internet and tv issues, but Alan took care of things promptly. The house was clean , we enjoyed sitting outside in the screened in pool area . Would recommend !

Very nice property with a great pool area. The property is well kept and in a nice neighborhood.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the owner was very responsive throughout the whole process. The house was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom was very nice and large. The location is in southern Naples and close to the downtown area but not too far from other Naples attractions. There is a Publix about 1 mile away. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful Stay

This rental was one of the best I’ve stayed in in a long time. The entire property was incredibly clean. The lanai and pool area is so well kept and has a beautiful view, with some local wildlife popping up from time to time just outside the screens. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need to prepare meals. With plenty of towels, laundry on site, a garage, and great A/C, I couldn’t recommend this property enough! Will definitely be back!

WONDERFUL HOLIDAYS !

We had a wonderful holidays in your house ! The pool was very great with a lot of toys for the children ! We were very close of everything : beach , shopping , restaurant ... And when we had a problem with the refrigerator , it had been changed immediately !! thanks again for that ! Hope to come back soon.

Very pleasant stay

I stayed with my wife and 4 children (16-21), along with our two dogs. The house is well situated in a quiet neighborhood very close to shops and downtown Naples. We took day trips to Fort Myers, Marco and Bonita Springs. Both of my daughters commented that the house was even nicer compared to the photos on VRBO. The owner was very responsive. Will definitely return.

Nice short stay

We only had a short stay in Naples but with our 2 little girls we wanted to stay in a house with a pool. First of all we were very glad we could rent it for a few days instead of a whole week. The house was absolutely perfect, very clean, the rooms are nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was also very clean and just great for our girls (and us!) to jump and play in it. We had our meals often right next to the pool which was fantastic too. The neighborhood is also very nice and quiet. We are considering to come back next year :-)

Clean, spacious and comfortable! Great neighborhood

What a great 8 days! Alan, the owner was extremely accommodating and responsive. The house was everything exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make delicious home cooked meals. The towels were plush and every corner of the house was spotless! Publix is less than 5 minutes away and there are excellent restaurants close by. We even got pizza delivery a few times. The beach was a short drive from the house, although my family really enjoyed the pool and riding bikes in the very safe neighborhood. The Cable TV had all the channels my kids liked. The garage had everything we needed to enjoy the beach! Plus the coset was full of Beach Towels for the pool and the beach. The washer and dryer, as well as the dish washer, worked perfectly! The AC worked great, plus the ceiling fans in every room kept the house cool, even in 100° weather outside. The pool heater worked great, especially on rainy days and my son, who has severe asthma, was able to really enjoy the pool. We have stayed in many homes as our family travels quite a bit, and this is hands down, one of our favorites. Thank you to the DeRossett family for a fantastic vacation experience!

Somewhat Disappointing!

The tv in the 2nd bedroom was not working at all when we arrived. Also the other 2 operating tv's did not get all the channels and the picture kept fading in and out when watching a movie. The owner claimed they were in the process of replacing the tv's and also they had a problem with Comcast, updating their system requiring the DTA conversion box. The pool was not clean when we arrived either. There was green algae at the bottom of the pool and the pump did not look like it was working. Michael did have the pool people come out and work on the pool and it was safe to swim in, but the pool did not feel clean to us because there were little white bugs floating on top of the water at all times. Also, I used the guest shower and one morning there were little flying ants in the shower. The next day they were almost gone. Not sure if that is an exterminating problem. There were quite a few bulbs burned out in many of the lights and the ceiling fans ran on one extra slow speed. We have rented homes in the past and have never had all these problems. All the homes we have rented in the past had everything in working order. The owner did offer us a discount on a future stay but why would I want to come back if we had this many issues the first time?

Karen, I am so sorry to hear you had such a rough time in our home. To be honest, I've never encountered issues to this degree either. While light bulbs do burn out, and bugs are certainly prevalent in Florida, I do apologize that these issues and the DTA box in the bedrooms negatively affected your stay. The pool pump was just replaced, and we remedied the Comcast problem also. I can assure you we use a trusted local exterminator's services regularly within our annual contract. Without sounding redundant, I can't explain how these things all popped up during your stay, but please know that we pride ourselves on our track record of providing a great vacation value to our Renters and will work to correct any issues raised by our guests to increase their comfort and safety during their stay. My previous offer still stands should you wish to vacation in Naples again. Have a great New Year and be well.

The perfect family getaway!

Fantastic Location

We enjoyed our stay in Crown Point. Home was 11 minutes from Naples Pier. Plenty of beach/pool towels. Washer/Dryer was nice, was able to keep towels and swim suits dry. Beds were very comfortable, pool was nice and clean. All appliances worked well. I would not hesitate to rebook this property. I would recommend bringing your own supply of paper products. I did not have any contact with the property manager, but I did speak with Alan the host. He was awesome.
