Ce charmant 3 chambres, 2 salle de bain maison est nichée dans la communauté pittoresque de Briarwood, entouré par l'architecture et l'aménagement paysager attrayant, cette maison en Floride vous fera penser à une époque révolue. Cette maison a été entièrement rénové en 2011.

Cette maison a un intérieur magnifique qui comprend un carrelage flambant neuf, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, de hauts plafonds et plus. Notre cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine et de service. Elle comprend un bar et une salle à manger séparée donnant sur la véranda spacieuse et la piscine très privée. Un barbecue à gaz est disponible sur la véranda pour vos besoins de grillades en plein air.

La maison a un lit king size dans le maître, reine dans la première chambre et deux lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre avec télévision à écran plat dans l'ensemble. Tout ce qu'il faut pour faire de cette maison de vacances de votre maison préférée loin de la maison.

The community offers pickleball, volleyball, basketball, tennis and two large community pools as well as a children’s playground. The property was clean. A few utensils were missing but the property management supplied them upon request. The location is excellent, close to Naples, the beach and many restaurants and attractions.

Tres bien passer sauf probleme au 15 minutes avec le televiseur On a appeler les gens et personne nest venu regler ce probleme. Gros Probleme de fourmis dans la maison on a perdu des produits d'épicerie. La toilette ds la 2ie salle de bain trop usagé Tres du pour changer couvert pas propre Probleme avec les fourmis aussi a lexterieur. Chaise longue tres usagée et il y avais des trou ds le moutiquaires.

House needs major TLC

The neighborhood and location were great as well as the neighbors! The house was not. No key in the lockbox the whole entire month we were there. Had to use the garage to get in and out, broken toilet in master, dingy sheets, frayed towels, kitchen cabinets wouldn’t stay shut, broken tiles at front door and pool deck, couch is very worn, lots of lights not working, bikes with flat tires, broken pool pump timer, broken grill. CNE Management communication was awful. Never returned emails or calls. Maintenance came out three days after we arrived to fix some issues. We will definitely find another location when we return next year. Hope they renovate the house and make sure things are In working order for the next guests. Wouldn’t have been so bad if we didn’t walk into such a mess from day one. We were told the last tenants rented for three months. They should have checked everything after they left.

Wonderful Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean, comfortable and in a beautiful gated community. The pool, patio and backyard was great. As a long time visitor to the Naples area I was thrilled with the location. We felt safely tucked away in Naples but also appreciated how close we were to I-75 for our many trips to and from the airport and other day trip outings.

Great place for a week in Naples

This home was ideal for our annual reunion of three brothers. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and the pool and lanai were an incredible place to chill and to eat. We would do it again. The only objection we had was to the very stringent and limiting requirements for cleaning before we left - a single towel per guest. On a departure day, a towel, washcloth, handtowel per guest, and dish towels should be considered OK to leave dirty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outside lanai area was lovely & well-maintained. The inside, however, needs updating. The towels & linens were badly frayed & stained & I had to wash them before using to make sure they were clean (they did not get any better). The pillows were so bad that we bought new ones & left them there. The kitchen set-up needs updating - lots of mis-matched dishes & glasses & hardly any flatware. 7 place settings of flatware is not enough for a house that could have 6 people. The house is ok, but I would not stay there again because of the lack of attention to the necessities.

Location

Loved the neighborhood and location of this property. It is gated, clean and safe. It’s closes to just about everything you want to do. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was my favorite thing about the house.

Charming, cute and cozy

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is in a very nice and cute neighborhood. Our son really enjoyed playing in the pool! The kitchen is cute and cozy well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, and dishes, etc. The emails and communication had us well prepared for what is supplied and items you need to be responsible for. So, please read their emails carefully to allow for a stress free wonderful stay!! Nicole and team are very accessible and helpful. There was a minor glitch at check in with the key not being available and also with the garbage disposal. We were able to get them right away when we needed them--thank you team! We would definitely stay here again, lovely visit to Florida!!

Briarwood Home

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean when we arrived. The pool area was great and we were able to enjoy breakfast and dinner outside. The only negatives were the internet. We kept losing it and had to reset the modem every day. The management company is aware there is a problem as they told us to reset the modem in the instructions on getting online. Another negative was that they did not have a Smart Tv or device where you could login to Netflix. For those who don’t have children it probably isn’t a big deal, but for those of us with youngsters who wanted to watch a show before bed it was a problem. The only other issue was that there was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no dish soap to wash dishes. For those who are flying in and can’t travel with those supplies be sure you have time to go to the store to get them. It would not have been a big deal, however there was a run on toilet paper at the stores so we struggled to find some. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property. The neighborhood is great to walk and ride bikes in and convenient to everything Naples has to offer.
