1 bedroom apartment with a preparation island with designer lighting in the kitchen. Side-by-side refrigerator & built-in-microwave with a washer and dryer avaliable to guest. Spacious living room with smart TV. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable king size bed with a smart TV. Private patio with 2 chairs and small table.

Minute Maid Park: Situated just a short distance from the apartment, Minute Maid Park is the home stadium of the Houston Astros, the city's Major League Baseball team. The ballpark hosts baseball games and offers tours for visitors interested in learning more about the facility. (10min walk) (4 min drive.
