Our check-in instructions are detailed, straightforward, and provided in advance to ensure a smooth arrival. Guests are only required to download **one app**, which provides access to the building, elevators, and parking garage. These access procedures are established for the security of the property and its residents. As your host, I remain available to assist when needed, but the instructions are designed to allow guests to access the property independently. Regarding cleanliness, I take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Detailed photographs and videos are taken prior to each guest’s arrival to document the condition and cleanliness of the apartment. We also provide complimentary coffee, bottled water, snacks, and laundry pods as a courtesy to our guests. These are welcome amenities, not unlimited supplies intended to last throughout an entire stay. Considering your reservation was for **one night**, the coffee supplies provided were intended as a small convenience. As for the street noise, our property is located in the heart of downtown Houston. Like many major metropolitan areas, downtown living can occasionally include traffic, nightlife, and other city sounds beyond our control. For this reason, we provide a white noise machine on the bedroom nightstand for guests to use.
