Your Meticulously Designed Studio Space
Welcome to a world where sophisticated design and thoughtful comfort converge. This studio has been professionally curated to provide a functional yet luxurious living experience.
Living & Sleeping Sanctuary: The heart of the studio is a plush sleeping area, featuring a luxurious bed dressed in premium linens. The space is adorned with chic, contemporary furnishings and designer accents, set against a neutral color palette that creates a serene and timeless ambiance. A large Smart TV is perfectly positioned for your entertainment.
Dedicated Workspace: Find focus and productivity in the separate, dedicated workstation. This purpose-built corner includes a proper desk, a comfortable ergonomic chair, and a provided computer monitor, making remote work, video calls, or trip planning effortless.
Streamlined Gourmet Kitchenette: The sleek kitchenette is fully equipped for your culinary needs. It features premium, modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine, cooktop, and microwave. You'll find it stocked with essential cookware, utensils, and starter supplies to craft a simple breakfast or a light meal.

For easiest access, we recommend entering the Jus' Mac restaurant property from Yale Street and driving around to the back.
Upon exiting the back of the Jus' Mac restaurant, you'll immediately see a small, one-car driveway. This driveway runs along the side of the restaurant and the front of your rental unit (green #207).
Turn left into this driveway. Your assigned parking space is on the left side, just before the neighbor's garage door, marked by a red and white "No Parking" sign on the neighbor's picket fence next to the wooden gate. The parking surface is partly paved and partly rock pavers. (The neighbor's house is blue, gray, and white.)
Important Notes:
This "No Parking" sign ensures your reserved spot.
Please face Yale Street when parking.
Do not block any garage doors.
Parking is permitted only in your assigned spot.
To access your rental, enter through the left gate (simply pull the knob to open) and walk around and up the stairs to reach your unit.
