Bienvenue dans votre propre coin de paradis… COCOPLUM # 1 Admirez le style et l'ambiance d'une villa familiale décontractée des Caraïbes offrant une intimité et de nombreux espaces ouverts. Que vous envisagiez un séjour en couple ou une aventure en famille, Cocoplum est votre escapade parfaite sur l'île.

Profitez de la tranquillité de cette unité directe en bord de mer située au rez-de-chaussée. L'une de ses meilleures caractéristiques est une vue imprenable sur la plage parfaite depuis votre terrasse privée, où une table à manger pour 4 personnes vous permet de vous détendre autour d'un repas ou d'un cocktail.
Le condo offre un espace cuisine / séjour ouvert, un bar pour le petit-déjeuner pouvant accueillir 2 personnes, la climatisation, une télévision, une salle de bain moderne et le wifi gratuit.
La chambre principale a un lit king size. La deuxième chambre a également beaucoup de place avec un lit king. Les deux chambres ont une télévision à écran plat avec Netflix.

Votre plage n’est jamais encombrée et la plongée avec tuba, parmi d’autres activités, vous fait signe juste devant votre porte. The place was perfect! it was very clean and had beautiful views. it is more ironshore than beach out front, but it was a short walk to SMB. Being on the end of SMB it was a bit more quiet which was nice, but also had walkable restaurants near by. Nice place

We had a wonderful stay at this Cocoplum property. It was one of the most well stocked houses we’ve ever stayed in and had everything we could possibly need. The home was very clean, beautiful, and the location was extremely convenient.The pool was great and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. Our friends stayed at another Cocoplum property nearby and it was perfect as well, which says a lot about the quality of these homes.The only small downside was the cruise ships nearby and the beach being a little rocky in places, but overall it was an amazing stay and we can’t wait to come back.

The apartment complex is easy to find, the apartment is renovated and comfortable. Views of the water are very good, steps to the pool and ocean. The management company is excellent at communicating with guests.

Steps to water

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is perfect for either cooking yourself (very close to two grocery stores) or walking to local restaurants. You wake up to a water front view with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunsets. There is also a pool that over looks the water.

Wonderful welcome back to Cayman

CocoPlum is wonderful old Caymanian feel. Quiet, close walking distance to much of what Seven Mile Beach has to over and local buses and taxi’s are abundant. Staff at CocoPlum is friendly and helpful. Breathtaking and private feeling beach area. We will definitely be coming back. Charm and everything you could wish for in a stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Walk out the back patio and the view was amazing. The place was clean and the property manager was very responsive. She even got us some more beach chairs for our stay. I would Highly recommend this place. just a note the beach area at condo is rocky so bring water shoes. We spent our days at Governors beach and it was great!

Cocoplum One Stay

Enjoyed the peacefulness of this property, away from all the hustle and bustle of the resorts at Seven Mile Beach but not to far away from shopping, restaurants and water sports. No need to fight for a chair at this pool and beach towels are ready at the condo for you to use. We really enjoyed just getting into the water right outside the door and snorkeling!! It might be a little rocky to get out in the water but its away from the crowds on seven mile, tucked away in a quiet spot off the beaten path but close enough to everything you need. Wake up every morning to a beautiful unobstructed water view. Steps away to snorkeling, swimming, paddle boards delivered to the door. Walking distance to the stores & restaurants. Can't beat it for the price. Howard is an awesome host!!
