Notre OceanView / piscine Condo est situé dans le complexe Sunset Cove sur l'extrémité sud de Seven Mile Beach. Il est égal à 2. 5 miles de l'aéroport, à 1 mile de Georgetown, et à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et vie nocturne.

Cette unité rez de chaussée est lumineux, aéré et décoré avec goût dans un décor tropical de l'île. Il est entièrement équipé avec toutes les commodités et le confort de la maison.

Ce condo offre le parfait équilibre entre votre vie privée et les commodités d'une station top-rated. Être près de la piscine, vous êtes à quelques pas d'une grande piscine avec des cascades tropicales, un bar et un restaurant piscine swim-up. Votre patio privé face à l'ouest avec une vue directe sur la mer des Caraïbes. Vous êtes à seulement 30 verges de la plage et de protection Cove. Idéal pour les petits enfants. Imprégnez-vous des rayons, prendre un bain rafraîchissant dans les eaux cristallines, faire de la plongée directement de la rive dans un parc marin du récif où vous trouverez de magnifiques coraux et poissons tropicaux, ou tout simplement vous asseoir avec un cocktail et profiter d'un coucher de soleil spectaculaire.

Nous sommes très fiers de notre maison de vacances et nous avons pris un grand effort pour décorer et équiper cette unité pour notre plaisir et celui de nos clients. Nous avons un service Internet sans fil dans l'unité. Il est vraiment l'un des plus accueillante et condos bien entretenus dans le complexe. Notre condo a été approuvé et autorisé par le Conseil du tourisme de Cayman et a été cité par celui-ci en mai 2019 comme étant en «excellent état». Incredible Stay!!

We loved the place so much the beach and sea wall protection makes for great snorkeling and the beach g feels so private and exclusive! The pool is amazing and the Lazy Lizard bar staff was awesome! Great food that can be ordered and the location is right in middle of everything! ! Love this place and plan on booking next year! !

Great condo!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove. It’s located within walking distance of several great restaurants and getting a cab was always very easy. The owners were a dream to communicate with and the condo itself was well equipped. We wouid recommend!

Everything we could hope for and more

We had such a great time during our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and well-appointed. It had everything we could need. The owners were very communicative and provided plenty of documented instructions for the facilities. The resort was clean, the pool was huge, and the beach was perfect. Lots of great casual restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great vacation made even better by staying at an awesome property! We would gladly book again!!

Excellent location

While the weather was a bit iffy, the place was clean and comfortable. We didn't see a lot of sun, but as my friends back home said, 80 degrees is still pretty nice! That said, we just had wind and a minimal rain shower. We were there for business and business we did. Will stay there again! BTW, the best beach around.

Great Stay

The condo is clean and eveything is as stated on teh listing.The private beach is so beautiful and awesome. Our family was able to snorkel right at the beach. It's walkable distance to a few restaurant and the Kirk supermarket. The communication with the host is also exceptional.

Simply amazing stay.

I really couldn’t speak more highly of our stay. We chose to stay here over a hotel and it was definitely the right choice. You get all the amenities of home but still get hotel benefits like the pool, hot tub, swim up bar, and private beach! The hosts give you tons of valuable information to make your stay as easy as possible. The island is paradise and we will definitely be back.

From the second we booked our reservation we had excellent communication with Pat and Mike! We received so many excellent recommendations and suggestions via email that really helped us plan the right trip for us. Because we were traveling with our kids (9, 7, and 8 months), we had a lot to think through and their recommendations were spot on! The location was absolutely perfect - easy enough to get to everywhere we wanted to go with our rental car to really feel like we experienced Grand Cayman. The grocery store was really close which was helpful too! The condo itself was perfect. First floor, just steps from the pool so we could run back inside when the baby was napping. THE COVE - the absolute selling point. Easy walk to the beach and a phenomenal little stretch of sand and nearly waveless water for our children to play, snorkel, and build in the sand to their heart's delight. This cove is why we chose this location and it definitely did not disappoint. This condo had EVERYTHING we could've ever wanted / needed for cooking. Very well stocked as we cooked a lot of meals with our kids! They even had a small highchair and pack and play for our infant, which saved us from lugging our own on the plane.Truly, they've thought of everything. If you're on the fence - just do it. After seeing the entire island, I'm convinced this is the best spot to spend your vacation!

Loved our stay

We loved our stay. The owners are very organized and helpful. They were great at communication and sent us a lot of information about the condo and island before our arrival. The condo was spotless. The beach was not crowded and you could always find chairs and an umbrella. We liked the swimming cove in front of the complex. The condo is in a very convenient location. You can walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Second stay - and can't wait to come back!

This is our second stay at Pat and Mike's. It is the perfect location for our family (2 adults and 2 kids - ages 10 and 4) - the pool is only a few steps from the back door and the beach a very short walk. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance (Peppers is the best!) and most of the excursions (i.e., Stringray City, Turtle Center) have shuttles that will either pick you up at Sunset Cove (or at the Hampton, which is right next door). The unit is very clean and has all of the amenities of home. We just got back and my kids are already asking when we are going back :-)

Wonderful place to vacation

The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. The unit is ideally located, close to beach and pools. Loved that it was never crowded. Always plenty of chairs/umbrella at both beach and pool. Grounds, beach and pool are well maintained. Mike and Pat were very helpful. Check in is super easy.

Perfect

Exceptional hosts who ensure everything you need for a great stay. Location was awesome - close to Georgetown on a beautiful stretch of 7 mile beach. Sandy cove made ocean swimming possible even on the waviest of days. Just a few steps to beach and pool yet tucked away in a quiet corner. Condo is comfortable and has all the space and amenities you need for a perfect stay. We loved everything about it! Thank you Mike and Pat for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Perfect Family-Friendly Getaway — Clean, Comfortable, and Unique!

We had an amazing stay at this two-bedroom condo and highly recommend it to anyone, especially families with kids. I came with my wife and our two boys (ages 7 and 4), and it couldn’t have been a better setup.The unit was spotless when we arrived and super comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. Being on the ground floor was a big plus, especially with little ones going in and out. It gave us that “home away from home” feel right away.The property overall is very family-friendly. What really stood out was the swim-up bar and the daily hut for food and drinks — something you’d expect at a resort, not a condo! It gave us the best of both worlds — privacy and peace, with cool amenities just steps away.The location was great, the weather was perfect, and everything we needed was easy to access. We also appreciated how organized and helpful the hosts (Patricia and Michael) were — they gave us clear info ahead of time that made the whole trip smoother.Highly recommend staying here — we’re already talking about coming back in the near future!

Paradise

A very friendly complex, unit was located on the ground floor pool side, view of the beach. We enjoyed the restaurant and the swim up bar, which was very convenient when we didn't want to leave the complex. Location was great, easy access to walk to several restaurant options, liquor store, grocery store. Condo was clean and had ample supply of dishes, cooler, beach towels, etc. The owners of the condo were great, very communicative before our trip on what to expect, things to do when on the island, etc. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic location and a perfect combination of "home" and resort amenities

We absolutely loved our stay at Patricia's and Mike's condo. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location - right by the pool/grills and a short walk to the beach. We had two small children with us, and because of the proximity to the pool and beach, we never had to carry much besides the necessities. If we forgot something (or should I say the kids needed a different color mask/goggles or their special shovel :-) the unit was only a few steps away. Communication with the hosts was phenomenal and the unit was impeccably clean (and well equipped). There are two grocery stores (20 min walk) and plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well. To us, the location was fantastic and the unit/resort had the perfect combination of "home" and resort amenities. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you Mike and Patricia!

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay in these condos. Excellent location, especially for families with young children. Pool and beach literally steps from the door. The pool area is large with separate children's pool, full sized pool (with depths of 5 feet), and hot tub. The beach is protected by a rocky cove, so no large waves to disturb the children. We saw lots of fish just snorkeling around in the cove. I actually wish I did less excursions away from the condo during the day, so that I could have utilized the beach more often. The room itself is clean and organized. We cooked breakfast every morning in the fully-stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms each with separate bathrooms made it a comfortable stay for the two families that traveled together on my trip. Parking was close by, available, but unsecured. Not an issue given the low crime rate in Grand Cayman. Perfect base to explore Seven Mile Beach. Cannot wait to come back!

Great location and amenities

We had a fantastic time in GC and the condo made it even better. Fantastic location to walk to restaurants, easy access to the beach and pool. Allowed everyone to come and go as needed. The hosts provided a ton of helpful information prior to arrival and made sure the condo was well stocked with anything you could think of. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! Everything was just as described on vrbo. We loved being on the first floor and having easy access to the pool and ocean. My husband also loved having a grill to use on the property. Lovely place and a trip our family will always remember!

Perfect For Families

This property was truly perfect for a family vacation. The unit was comfortable and clean. Great a/c! In unit washer and dryer helped us to pack light. The beach was tranquil and the pool (right off the patio) was perfect for our kids (5 & 10). Easy snorkeling from the beach. Food at the Lazy Lizard (w/swim up bar) was great. Convenient location for Seven Mile Beach and George Town. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Wonderful Stay

We just got back from our stay at this property in Grand Cayman. It was amazing! The property was exactly as described. It was so close to the ocean and the pool. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The owners were equally as wonderful. They provided us all the necessary information prior to our trip! We are originally from Minnesota, but now reside in Florida. From the many Caribbean islands we visited off cruise ships we chose Grand Cayman to return to with our children for a family vacation. It was absolutely fantastic! The sun, the rolling sand beach, the pools, the crystal clear water, the snorkeling, the diving, the sunsets, the people----we fell in love. We bought our vacation home at Sunset Cove in 1995 and have spent many vacations here with family and friends, as well a sharing our piece of paradise with others.

Sunset Cove and our Condo are unique. We have the only protective cove on 7 Mile Beach----absolutely fantastic for children! Our Condo Complex has the amenities of a resort, yet the privacy of your own condo. We are poolside and just steps from the beach.

This is not just a rental property, it is our Vacation Home. We have decorated it , furnished it, and outfitted it to be very bright, airy, and comfortable---with all the conveniences of home.
