Kings Landing est une unité récemment rénovée de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain.
Conçu et décoré sur mesure pour permettre à nos clients de se détendre dans les meilleurs meubles.
2 chambres à coucher king et un canapé-lit queen permettent à toute la famille de dormir confortablement et le lit de jour patio est un autre endroit pour faire une sieste ou lire un livre.
Un patio couvert massif vous permet de profiter du plein air dans le confort de l'unité avec la plage à seulement quelques pas sur le chemin.
Les palmiers de plage apportent de l'ombre naturelle, tandis que la plage est équipée de chaises longues.
Venez profiter de notre belle maison, nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir.
Il y a une piscine de l'autre côté de la rue pour l'instant car nous travaillons à la construction à quelques pas de cette unité de sortie.

Perfect Paradise

This was our second stay at Kings Landing, and it is our favorite vacation spot! The condo is immaculate and beautiful; it is fully stocked, and we cook all our meals there. The beach is amazing with sea turtles and crystal clear water. This is the equivalent of a 5 star hotel in my opinion!

Fabulous stay!

We loved our week at this property. The beach (which is steps away) is beautiful. We snorkeled there almost every day and saw sea turtles! This location is nice and quiet but close to everything. Property managers were fantastic. Great communication, very friendly. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We were very happy with this rental. 1 min walk to the beach , which is the best on the island in my opinion. Not crowded at all and if you like snorkeling…wow! Turtles every morning. The inside of the condo was very well done, lots of nice tile work and plenty of beach toys, rafts , snorkels , and canoes. Thank you, we will be back!

Slice of Heaven

We had a fabulous stay at Kings Landing for Spring Break! The check-in process was easy and communication before and during our trip was fantastic. The place was wonderful. Great beach location but still able to drive to other places on the island all mostly under 30 minutes, very clean, well equipped, and quiet. We had a small leak in master bath and the plumber was there in less than 30 mins. Our week was busy and relaxing at the same time. Thanks so much for a fabulous week!

Paradise!

We enjoyed our stay at King’s Landing!! We went with our friends and we were all in awe of how beautiful the unit was and that it was right on the beach. It couldn’t be in a better location. The area was quiet but easy to get to 7 mile beach and restaurants. The unit was well stocked with everything you need. Thanks again for allowing to stay at your little piece of paradise!

Beautiful Condo with all the bells and whistles

Beautiful condo equipped with everything you could ever want, clean and organized. The beach is great for snorkeling and has a sandy entry. Great host, and property management team. We loved our stay and hope to return soon. Thank you!

Great Stay!

Condo was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The private beach was so beautiful and never crowded- can see the sunrises and sunsets! We were able to easily explore all parts of the island from this central location within 30 a minute drive. Good communication with property management and owner. Highly recommend!

Great week in Grand Cayman

My wife and I were very impressed with King's Landing condo. The renovations were obviously recent and well done. The unit was very well stocked. Property managers were very helpful without being overbearing. Spotts Beach is one of our favorites on the island. I would definitely recommend staying here.

All about the location

Nice property. The location at one of the best beaches on the island makes it perfect for anyone not wanting to tackle to brutal traffic near the west end beaches. Beach is quiet with beds to use and only a minutes walk from the back door. Great snorkelling spot and grocery stores close by. Well equiped kitchen and lots of towels! Only downside was the hidden parking exit on to the very busy road. You have to take tour life in yours hands a bit pulling out.

Fantastic!

Superb place to stay. The private beach was great! Swam with sea turtles several times during the stay. Beach was very clean. Property was nice and functional. Great location for activities in both directions on the island.

Great stay in Grand Cayman

Traveled to Grand Cayman for week vacation and stayed in Michelle's condo. Perfectly placed on the island between east and west bay so we were able to go either direction for excursions. Quiet private beach is a walk away to enjoy the sunsets. Overall a great experience and we would stay here again without thinking twice. Thanks Michelle, Melinda and Sandra!

Nice quiet area

We loved our stay at this property. It's recently remodeled and quite beautiful. Perfect for two couples with king beds and both rooms. The kitchen was nicely stocked and lots of toys for the beach. I loved that they provided beach towels. The beach is just a short walk down a path and the turtles in front of the property are plentiful. Beds are a tricky situation in the rental world… We felt the beds were way too firm for our taste, but it didn't impact our stay too much. Communication was a bit strange… when interacting on vrbo, I later realized I think I was talking to the owner and when communicating on WhatsApp I think I was talking to the property manager. There was a bit of confusion where one person said talk to the other and the other said talk to another so that was a bit confusing. But again our stay was relaxing in this beautiful property.

A Perfect Dream

This home is absolutely beautiful! The location couldn’t be more perfect. Daily we went snorkeling right off the beach and saw turtles and tons of fish. The host are extremely generous and hospitable with their property and toys. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. This place is truly a hidden gem! I can’t see enough wonderful things.

A slice of paradise!

Wonderful condo a few steps away from a beautiful quiet beach that is great for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, sunbathing and more. The condo has been beautifully renovated, and everything appeared brand new. The level of furnishing and equipment is impressive, and the kitchen had everything you could wish for. It also has a very spacious, furnished and fully screened in lanai, with a Weber grill. The lanai has a door leading directly to the beach. I loved being able to use the paddle board stored there. There is other beach equipment available, too. One of the nicest properties we have stayed in. We would definitely like to return!

Wonderful stay in paradise

Property manager was very friendly and helpful. Stayed in touch prior to visit via What'sApp. Once we arrived, she met us at the property to orient us and see if we had any questions. Check-in and check-out were easy. Property was in great condition and very comfortable. It had a well provisioned kitchen as well as other amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. The screened porch was a nice place to hang out, eat a meal, or just relax. The beautiful Spotts beach was just a little walk down the path. It was uncrowded, had beach chairs, and was a great place to unwind. The location was away from the bustle of Georgetown and 7-mile beach. That was handy for exploring the island in both east and west directions. We enjoyed the botanical gardens, several different beaches, many restaurants, Stingray sand bar, bioluminescent bay, and other various sites. We look forward to coming back some time.

Rough start

Owner was non responsive to texts, phone calls , voicemails and messaging We were told someone would meet us at 4pm to check in- no show- we waited for over an hour with no one contacting us Contacted Vrbo who were very helpful - property manager finally contacted us later in evening and we got in to our unit around 7:30 pm. Internet and tv did not work for a day and 1/2. The unit however was fantastic, location was perfect- it was a rough start but the remaining time was great Property manager went above and beyond for us

Very professional Property owner

Unfortunately, due to the worldwide pandemic of the Corona Virus, our flights were cancelled and our government banned nonessential travel. We were forced to cancel our vacation. The property owner was kind, professional, understanding and helpful when I requested a refund outside of the stated refund window. I can’t wait to reschedule and stay here soon! Excellent customer service! Thank you! **The online review process requires a rating for all categories like Check In process, which I cannot actually review because we didn’t go, so I can only assume the very best based on my experience thus far and rated all 5 stars!

Gorgeous rental on idyllic beach

This was our second stay at a unit at Coral Bay Village on Spotts Beach. Our teenage daughters insisted on coming back. The beach is beautiful, sandy, and protected by a reef. Put on a mask when you swim and you will likely see turtles and colorful reef fish around you. It is not crowded; there will likely only be 2-3 other families on the beach. The Kings Landing condo is newly renovated, with all new appliances, and fully stocked with all necessities. It was clean and nicely decorated. The property manager made our check in seamless, helped us book activities, and was available and responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely return to this unit. It sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms. We had a fifth who slept on a pull out couch in the living area. The location is in the central south of Grand Cayman and ideal for those who prefer to be away from the hubbub of Seven Mile beach. Seven Mile beach is only a 30 minute drive away and we went there most days for diving, water sports, or to visit restaurants. It's also a 45 minute drive form Rum Point (the Tuesday evening beach BBQ at Kaibo is a must).
