Bienvenue à George Town Villas Unit # 218, situé au début de la plage de 7 miles sur la magnifique île de Grand Cayman. George Town Villas se compose de 54 condominiums en bord de mer et vue sur l'océan dans un jardin luxuriant donnant sur la plage, des récifs coralliens et des eaux multicolores bleu et turquoise de la mer des Caraïbes.

Ce charmant appartement en face du front de mer du 2ème étage donne sur l'océan et offre des vues sur la piscine et le jardin au-delà; Designer-meublé avec une élégance décontractée, île.

Il est situé à la fin d'un bâtiment en forme de U avec des vues directes en bord de mer depuis chaque pièce! La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king avec salle de bain privée, tandis que la chambre d'amis dispose de 2 lits jumeaux qui peuvent être combinés pour un roi et également une salle de bain privée. La chambre d'hôtes offre une télévision équipée de Apple TV et des films Netflix. Il y a un canapé-lit en taille réelle dans le salon, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.

George Town Villas L'unité n ° 218 est une élégante décoration, 2ième étage, unité directe en bord de mer avec jardin, piscine et vue sur l'océan. Vous êtes à une courte promenade dans les jardins de l'immense piscine d'eau douce qui donne sur l'océan. La plage est principalement du sucre et du sable blanc avec des récifs coralliens et des roches lavés à terre. Il y a une roche naturelle de Cayman au bord de l'eau, mais vous avez un accès très facile dans l'eau pour faire de la plongée sous-marine fabuleuse et nager dans des eaux plates et calmes. Profitez d'un bain de plongée, puis détendez-vous sur l'une des plusieurs chaises longues de plage et regardez le monde passer, voir les navires de croisière danser sur l'eau et attraper les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. Vous pouvez également profiter de leur court de tennis privé.

Spring Break fun!

We had a great stay at the Georgetown Villas! Kids loved playing in the pool and on the beach (right outside the unit)! We loved having coffee and breakfast on the balcony each morning. The views from the condo were amazing and a true highlight to our trip!

Great View

We have stayed and many different VRBO properties and we always hope it really looks like the pictures. This property is exactly what you see and the views from the property to the ocean are perfect! We definitely will stay here when we come back to Cayman!!

Wow, our stay was beautiful. Can’t beat the location and views. Nice pool and beach outside your door. Was able to see a lot of fish and plants snorkeling.

Beautiful Condo on the water

This condominium was perfect for our family of 4 with two bedrooms; it is well situated for access to Seven Mile Beach and we would definitely stay here again~

Great place!

This was our first time on Grand Cayman and this was a great intro to it. The condo was perfectly situated on the beach as a corner unit with a fabulous view. It was clean, spacious, and met every need we could ask for. The property manager Ildiko was great with communication as well. It was a great vacation and I would stay at this place again for sure!

Great location and view

Really enjoyed or stay and loved being on the end unit with great ocean view. Was able to walk to both Georgetown and seven mile beach. Only down side is there were some ugly ships just of the shore doing some work (looked like they were bring in sand).

Beyond amazing!!!

This condo was an amazing place for our family vacation. The property is beautiful and the condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and the snorkeling was everything we were hoping for. It felt as though we had the entire complex to ourselves all week as we only saw a handful of other people out in the pool, on the beach, grilling, etc. We made wonderful memories with our kids and are hoping to return soon to this same condo.

Wonderful stay in Grand Cayman!

The place was fantastic, well equipped with superb views out every window. Ildiko was a great help, to make us feel comfortable. She gave us great suggestions on restaurants and immediately took care of any issues. We had a great time and enjoyed Grand Cayman, the wonderful people, and grand accommodations. Thank you. Georgetown Villa #218

The condo was very nice, and in a great location. The property manager kept in touch, making the check-in process easy. One of the things we appreciated the most was that it was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, and soap. It was nice not having to run to the store to get those kinds of things while on vacation - that was a nice touch!

Beautiful condo and great location

The condo is very well decorated, clean and overlooks the beach and swimming pool. It is in a really good location on Seven Mile Beach with great snorkeling right off the condo’s beach. The on island property manager who helped us, Ildi, met us at the condo when we arrived from the airport. She spent time explaining details about the condo and restaurants and activities. She was very helpful! We had a wonderful vacation and would want to stay at the same condo again.

The condo was everything as presented on Home Away. Beautiful view, beautiful condo and we will be back. Had never been to GC before and Pam with super helpful and in constant contact with us throughout the stay! The condo had everything we needed and more down to the shampoo/conditioner, laundry supplies, extra towels and linens and even bug spray! 10 out of 10!!

We keep coming back!

I’ve been coming to this property since the 80’s! It’s sentimental but also so perfect. I understand why my parents at the time brought us to this beautiful property on Grand Cayman and now I bring my family! It’s close to everything so we don’t rent a car. We walk or take a cab if we need to. Not crowded because the property is laid out for great views from everywhere. It’s the perfect place for 4 or 6 people. Clean, quiet and serene and well managed.

Better in Person

The condo was even better in person! Could not be any closer to the water with $1,000,000 views. Condo was clean and had everything and more than we needed for our week long stay wonderful. Property manager greeted us to make sure we were settled, answer any questions, and ensure we knew how to contact her if needed. The property itself was also very well maintained. Great location with amazing snorkeling right off the shore (could also walk or snorkel down to the wreck of the gamma but definitely need water shoes if walking), close to restaurants and grocery store. Would highly recommended!

Georgeous views

We stayed for a week in this beautiful condo. The veiw was spectacular! The snorkeling right outside the property was nice, easy access, calm waters, we snorkeled almost every day here. We contacted Pam, the property manager, and made arrangements to arrive a little earlier than expected. She responded quickly and let us know that was ok. The condo had everything we needed to have a great family vacation. It has a very good location, right on the beach, and so close to walking distance to many local restaruants. (Coconut Joe's, Peppers, XQ, Fidel Murphy's, & Thai Orchid) We would definately stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

This was the perfect place for a great getaway with friends! The location is excellent - near shopping and dining and a perfect view of the sunset. The condo is clean and had plenty of space for us. It was fun to see the big cruise ships pass by and anchor while we relaxed at the pool or on our shaded balcony. The gentle waves sent us to sleep each night and we snorkeled out front or nearby every day. The property manager was prompt, pleasant, and happy to share tips and places to see on the island. It's a perfect location for relaxation because it was quiet and comfortable. The beach and pool were never crowded and many times empty which is a rare find these days! Some folks from cruise ships would wander by headed to walk down 7-mile beach but not many as it is quite a walk from the port. There is construction next door of a 12-story building so that could bother some, but we were mostly out and about during the day so it wasn't a big deal for us. The view and the location made it all worth it.
