Relax on the patio and enjoy Stunning Ocean Views and Serene Sunsets in this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 full size bathroom waterfront condo located in the sought after area of South Sound. Direct ocean access from the complex for great snorkeling along the ironshore or shore dive. Take a short 10minute walk to George Town, where you will find shops, restaurants, bars and a fish market. Smith Cove beach is also a 10minute walk in the opposite direction where there is also great snorkeling. An option of taking two small flights of stairs up to the condo or an elevator that opens up by the front door. High ceilings, upgraded open plan kitchen with new appliances, large jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, jet tub in second bathroom.
This condo is equipped with everythig that will feel like your home away from home.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (breakdown of how the condo can accommodate up to 6 people):
-King bed in primary bedroom that can sleep up to 2 people
-King bed in second bedroom that can sleep up to 2 people
-Queen blow up mattress for livingroom sleeps up to 2 people

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page.


For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.
