Welcome to Villa Number One @caymanislands_vacation_rentals
Escape to this little piece of paradise and relax on the quiet and lovely sandy beach or by the pool that is right outside your patio door. The villa is a corner unit and away from the pool. Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, away from the hustle and bustle of 7Mile Beach, and within walking distance to some shops, fish fry on the beach and a few restaurants. The villa is also centrally located between Rum Point, Kaibo, East End and 7mile Beach.
People from all backgrounds welcome!
For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.
Place was beautiful. Exactly as described - right on the ocean with a beautiful pool. Olivia was great to deal with, very attentive and responded to any inquiries quickly. Would highly recommend.
We travelled to the condo with a multi-generational family. The apartment was well equipped and exactly as described. We are frequent visitors to Grand Cayman and know the island well. We were well situated to travel to all island areas with a grocery store nearby. It was Easter Weekend, so I understand things operated more slowly. However, my only complaint is that the communication regarding issues was quite slow.
We loved our stay here, and everyone in our group decided that we would stay here again should we come back to Cayman. The neighbors were all super friendly as well (some who live there part time, and other visitors). 10/10!
The stay was amazing, property exactly as it was listed.
Livia was 100% responsive.
This will be my go to property whenever I am in the Cayman Islands.
Location was perfect!!!
It was a very good place to stay and the host was very responsive to emails. All the amenities were available as mentioned along with some additions for cooking meals. The only issue was the faucet in the main bathtub, which was not working. The shower was working fine. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to our friends.
I will say that this place is at the CENTER point from which you can easily travel to Seven Mile Beach and Rum Point. I liked the Rum Point area better than the Seven Mile beach.
Our family had a wonderful time at Aliciaâs condo! The views were spectacular. The condo was spacious and well stocked. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool everyday!
The area is very quite which is what we wanted. This condo is nice but very short on a few necessities. Lack of silverware, toilet paper, paper towels etc. The condo is clean but needs work done. Bathtub does not work very well. None of the sliding doors work properly. We had an enjoyable week however I would suggest the owner to fix the minor things.
Step out of the house and you are on the beach. Breath in the beach air and hear the waves hit the shore. Perfect beach for sand castles, snorkeling and a walk along the beach. Beaches are not at all crowded. This house was lovely. There were beach toys and beach chairs that came in very handy. Rooms are air conditioned, clean and well kept. Kitchen has enough pots and pans to cook a meal. Overall very happy with our stay.
Stayed here twice. We loved it! This is a lovely unit with lots of amenities provided including beach chairs, shampoo, toilet paper, welcome snacks, coffee, etc. etc. very comfortable. Livia was a great host both times, very helpful when there was a hurricane alert and attentive. I would say there are a lot of stairs to the upstairs so would not recommend for those that have mobility issues. We enjoyed the beach, pool and patio. And the view! It is best to have a car for trips to the grocery store or day trips. I recommend checking out the soap shop across the street and the bakery/coffee shop and the cafe by the gas station for fish (yummy cinnamon loaves!). Overall a great place to stay.
Superb!!! Even the smallest things taken care of, chips to eat for something salty, detergent to wash clothes, and sunscreen since that is always a hidden cost. The BEST
This was our first visit to the Cayman Islands and we chose to stay in Bodden Town as it is away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach. Bodden Town is an ideal location to explore the entire island being roughly an equal distance in both directions. However, if you choose to just hang out then the pool is right at your door step, you can sit under the palm trees and relax - there are no crowds on the beach, or you can snorkel out to the reef and marvel at all the fish life. You have choices. The Villa set-up is exactly as shown in the pictures, is comfortable and well stocked. For long term renters there is the added benefit of a weekly cleaning service. Livia, our hostess, was always quick to respond to any of our questions which we appreciated.
Great oceanfront location with beautiful views and decent snorkeling reef. Unit has good bones but is a little tired and in need of updating and TLC. Still a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.
Just about the perfect Grand Cayman place to be. Southerly exposure puts it on the leeward side of the island, sheltered from the prevailing (and near continuous) wind. A strip of classic, white sand beach a couple feet from your porch and about 150 yards of reef-protected swimming/snorkling water after that. Perfect.
The Boddentown location was a plus in our mind. This is where the locals actually live, insulated from the touristy bustle of 7-mile beach and the 5000-strong waves of cruise ship passengers that flood it. Plenty of local restaurants for dine-in or take-out, with a small price break for not being in tourist town.
The condo itself is roomy, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a powder room. Itâs not clear in the listing but the condo a 2-story affair, with the bedrooms 18 steps above the kitchen and living areas. So this rental is not the best for the handicapped, and if great grandma is in your travel group you might look elsewhere. Otherwise, itâs clean and comfortable.
The owner/manager is not local but was very responsive. There were the usual VRBO glitches, such as a Nest-style thermostat with an indecipherable user interface and set at 80 degrees (owner reset remotely), TP but no Kleenex, and sliding door screens that needed work (fixed while we were there). But overall there was little to complain about and much to enjoy. Weâd come back in a heartbeat and have no trouble recommending this property.
Absolutely beautiful and well-kept villa! Livia was helpful and quick to respond. Right on the beach/ocean front with amazing views. We hope to be back some day!
I moved to Cayman over 20 years ago with the intention of staying for 6 months. I fell in love with the sun, sand and sea so I decided to stay and make this island my home.
I was in hospitality for nearly 30 years and started investing in properties back in 2010 while I was still in hospitality, and happy to have my own vacation rental properties to host guests from all over the world! Eventually, I transitioned into the real estate world in 2020 when it was time for a change and loving every moment of it :)
Tucked away quietly in the corner with stunning unobstructed ocean views. This end unit is the quieter one, where it feels like your own little piece of paradise.
