This property is a two-home property that includes the front house and the back Casita. Guests have access to both, as well as the yard space between both homes and the covered patio behind the Casita.

We are always happy to answer guest questions and help with any needs. Feel free to contact us via the message thread in the app, and we`ll do all we can to help!

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

SOFA BEDS: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa beds so we can have linens and pillows ready for your stay.
