THE SPACE
FORMAL LIVING ROOM*
The modern formal living room is welcoming with its classic solid wood louvered shutters that offers plenty of natural light with a lovely view of the front patio and the silhouette of the Catalina Mountains. Enjoy your morning cappuccino, afternoon tea, or evening cocktail in this intimate space, where you can relax to your favorite book or have a lovely conversation with those whom you love.

**Available upon request is our beloved vintage classic piano, which we know will charm any music lover who comes to stay! Please contact us for more detailed information on what our policy is on the piano’s availability and access.

FAMILY ROOM**
Relax and cozy up into the comfort of the family room. Here you can enjoy your favorite Roku channels (ie Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, etc.) on a Smart TV, while having an open view of the luscious backyard through those glorious French doors. There’s also a large open space where you can easily lay out some mats for a morning meditation or yoga session, perhaps it’s a spot to show off your dance moves, or maybe just extra play space for the kids. At the heart of the lower floor, this area is the perfect setting for family hangouts or maybe a short afternoon nap before you venture out for the evening.

LOFT & OFFICE
As you venture upstairs, you will see a large common space that serves as a lounge and/or workspace. It’s the perfect retreat during the evenings as you wind down with a nice glass of wine and enjoy a classic movie or start a new novel. The loft also double duties as a tucked-away workspace with a computer monitor, LED desk lamp, and comfortable table and chairs to keep you focused on your task. The space is also perfect for gaming, homework, and hangouts for your toddlers or teens. There is also a large set of windows at the corner of the room that offers beautiful ambient lighting throughout the day…a space that is quiet and perfectly serves as your ideal spot in the house to relax or work. The loft is also equipped with a queen sized sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 guests (8 guests total).

KITCHEN & FORMAL DINING
Imagine your inner chef greeted by this large and spacious kitchen. It is complete with an oven range and hood, and a spacious countertop with open seating at the far end that is perfect for hosting all of your family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic dining essentials for your convenience. You will also enjoy the views of the luscious backyard through a ideally placed window or the adjacent French doors nearby. Tucked beneath the staircase is a coat closet, which is perfect for storing extra luggage, coats/jackets, or any essentials that you would prefer to stow away.

The formal dining room is adorned by an adorable “farmhouse” chandelier, a beautiful solid wooden dining table and matching chairs. With louvered shudders to allow ambient lighting in and open views to the living room, family room and kitchen, the dining room is truly the heart of the house, and it has always been the place where laughter, stories, and songs had originated and echoed throughout the house.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM
Treat yourself to comforts of the the luxurious master en-suite bathroom if you must! There’s also a custom high-end frameless glass shower and double vanity complete with chrome hardware to keep you feeling your best. We’ve also left plenty of room inside the walk-in closet for your luggage and personal items. Tucked in the corner of the bathroom is a generous space for “self-care”, where you can truly relax and perhaps perfect your skincare routine or glam yourself for an evening out in town. Remember, you look your best when you feel your best!

Passing through a short corridor, you will enter the huge space of the master bedroom. Here you will encounter a pair of large windows with high curtains, which gives the room its elegance and majestic feel. The modern artwork will flank a large king size bed, which is generously paired with a small sofa set and a large square bench to the far corners of the room. Beautiful ambient lighting from the windows with views of the open backyard during the day, and a set of desk lamps is also aided by some overhead lighting for anyone who is a night owl or love to fall asleep to a good book. There’s also a Smart TV in the master bedroom so that you will never fall behind on your favorite shows or latest movies. The master suite is truly impressive and will not disappoint!

GUEST BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
We had put a lot of love and thought into the remaining bedrooms, each having their own unique style and flavors. The second bedroom is located upstairs and consists of a modern king bed and a spacious closet, while the adjacent third bedroom has a classic cast-iron bed with a large standing closet. There is also a second full bathroom upstairs with a custom frameless glass shower, dual vanities, and bluetooth connected light and speaker combo. Bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with all of the necessary essentials (ie extra towels/sheets/pillows/blankets, hangers, hampers, shampoo/conditioner/ bodywash, etc)

LAUNDRY & PANTRY
If your stay requires a washer & dryer, we also have you covered and more! The laundry room is dressed in top-of-the-line LG washer and dryer, iron and board, steamer, and it just looks so cute with the modern farmhouse décor. There’s also a small sink in the laundry room if needed and the space serves well as a pseudo-mud room.

GARAGE & PARKING
Parking is available on the driveway ONLY. The HOA (Homeowner’s Association) in the area does not allow for overnight street parking. The garage space is also not available for guest use.

BACKYARD & FRONT PATIO
As you pull up to the house, you will notice the well-groomed desert-scape of the front yard. We take great pride in maintaining our outdoor yards to be equally pristine as the home’s interior. The front patio has a quaint bistro set sitting comfortably on top of modern wooden tiles. A classic chandelier sits above the front door, which is operated by a keypad lock to keep our guests safe and secure once inside.

The French doors open to the huge backyard, which starts at a large, covered patio that has numerous room for dining, relaxing, and keeping you cool when it’s hot. There is also a large outdoor marble-top bar and cooking area. There is also a large astroturf area that is great for getting a tan, do some outdoor yoga, or let the kids roam free. There’s also a pergola with twinkly lights that make for a perfect setting to having a romantic dinner or lounging with your closest family and friends.

**If you damage something, please let us know immediately so we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
**All guests will have access to the entire home EXCEPT: the 3 locked closets found in the kitchen/loft/master bedroom, and the locked cabinet above the stove, which are all used for storage of supplies for the home.
**A high chair, Pack ’n play and staircase safety gate is offered upon request.
** PLEASE NO SMOKING or VAPING OF ANY KIND THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES
** We also offer extra housekeeping and dry-cleaning services for a fee

GUESTBOOK: An E-guestbook will be sent to you beforehand and a hardcopy is available at the house upon Check-In. Most Q&A's will be found in the guestbook, but if you have any additional questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
