The Rosewood Adobe - Private, Spacious Retreat with Pool

Our custom Brick Adobe is full of charm with details like original wood paneling, soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and many windows for beautiful light. Newly renovated bathrooms, a large open kitchen, and separate dining and living rooms make this perfect for large groups. Cozy organic cotton bedding welcomes you in every bedroom.

The large outdoor space provides all the amenities to enjoy the Arizona weather, with outdoor dining, bistro lights, fire pit, and lounge chairs for the pool.

Walk in showers with natural light enhance the experience in each of the newly renovated bathrooms.

The Main Bedroom has a king bed with private attached and beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet, and reading chair.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed for sleeping two, with a view of the back yard and pool area.

Bedroom 3 can can sleep up to a family of four with a queen bed and a trundle daybed for the kids, or to use as a cozy reading nook.

The living room was designed with your comfort in mind, with cozy deep couches, a record player with a large selection of vinyl, 55" TV and views of the private backyard pool area. The deep couch can be transformed into another bed, using the provided memory foam pad, linens, and extra pillows. Soaring ceilings, exposed beams and transom windows provide beautiful light and a sense of ease.

The outdoor space provides all the amenities to enjoy the Arizona weather, including outdoor dining with bistro lights, seating and fire pit, and multiple lounge chairs to relax by the pool. The pool area is fully fenced for additional safety.

Pets - We may allow pets on a case by case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate.

Guests have private access to all areas of the property including pool, patio, enclosed front yard, and all spaces within the house. Front gate and front door are secured with electronic locks and your own unique access code.

Pool can be heated at your request. Heating fee may be applicable.

Due to the time needed to adequately clean the property, we are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. Please book an extra night if you would like to guarantee an early check- in or a late check- out.

If an unauthorized event occurs, a $500 fee will be charged. No parties or events are allowed.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we have a few house rules in place. Additional charges may apply in cases of excessive mess, damages, unauthorized guests, smoking, or pets not disclosed at booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
