The entire home plus the Guesthouse with its own private entrance will be yours. In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms

Bedrooms:
The Master Bedroom with full bathroom features a King bed, 1 single bed, 55in TV, bathroom and french doors leading out to the newly landscaped backyard

Guest bed room 2 features 1 King bed 55 in TV, closet and stunning mountain views

Guest 3 features 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, 55 in TV, closet and stunning mountain views

The Guesthouse features full kitchenette with full sized stove and microwave, 3 Queen beds, 2 single beds, TV, desk and chair, full bath and closet. It also features a large picture window that showcases the unobstructed mountain views.

Main living area:

Throughout the home enjoy 5 Smart TV's with cable and local channels available. The space is wide open with plenty of seating to accommodate 16 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped to with all necessary utensils, cookware, spices, oil, coffee, cream, sugar, syrups for coffee and teas.

There is complete privacy as well as plenty of parking as we are on nearly an acre. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises, sunsets, city lights at night and unobstructed mountain views!!! They are gorgeous!

Backyard:
There is a pool and spa both of which can be heated for an additional fee. The Backyard has been freshly landscaped with plenty of play space for the kiddos while you relax in the pool or spa.

Location:
This home is in the heart of the Catalina Foothills. Just minutes away from La Encantada Mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, AJ's fine foods, Safeway Grocery, multiple High End Resorts, golf, hiking trails and much much more!

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

-No Parties. No questions asked!

-Home is equipped for 16 people. Please inquire for extra guests option

-Must be 25 or older to book the property

-No smoking

-No pets

-Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day and requires a minimum of 2 days for heating. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature

-Pool heating will be available October 15th through May 1st

-Spa heating will be available year round

-Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property

-There is a camera at the front door (door bell camera)

-There is an exterior camera in backyard.

Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed

Great spot for a family Christmas getaway

We rented this wonderful little house for a 5 day getaway for Christmas for our family of four and some close relatives. The house was clean and well laid out, and we even made a full Christmas dinner with the well stocked kitchen. The views are great, and our two boys spent many hours in the backyard pool.It's a little close to the main road, so at times the road noise could be heard, but that didn't distract at all from a nice relaxing week away.

Great Place

Loved this place. We golfed every morning then spent the afternoon/night poolside enjoying the scenery. All the amenities that anyone would need. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Tucson.

Great getaway

The house was perfect for a group of friends in Tucson for a wedding! We enjoyed the pool area and hottub. The house was situated perfectly to accommodate all of us and was located very close to some of my favorite restaurants! We will definitely rebook for next time!

Great Family Celebration

This house is excellent for families...four bedrooms including a separate casita...mom and dad can have private space or put some of the kiddos in their own room.The host was exceptionally good at responding quickly to our needs. Everything was great! Very nice kitchen and open living space made family meals and evenings very enjoyable.We were here to celebrate a number of family milestones and the house was perfect for our needs.

Great Spring Break

Our 5 family members try to meet in Arizona every year in April for a week of warmth, sunshine and pool time. This house had all of that and plenty of room for everyone and a huge indoor living room plus outdoor pool and deck area. Just perfect.

The owners are amazing, happy to share info for activities and dining in the area. The property was perfect, rooms were big and beds super comfortable. Plenty of towels for pool and showers. Kitchen fully stocked, lots of serving platters, the BBQ clean with extra propane. The backyard was beautiful with room for games and lounging, the pool was cool despite the heat and the spa went on automatically at 5 for an end of the day soak! We had a great week celebrating our daughter and we were thrilled with the accommodations!

Wish I could give this 10 stars. Fantastic home, even better than advertised. Sparkling, clean, spacious rooms, and tons of unexpected little “extras” that made our family trip fantastic. Excellent communication with owner, who worked with me when I requested a change in timing. If we ever come back to Tucson, we’re staying here!!

Perfect for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. The grandkids had a great time playing in the pool. At the end of our busy days, my husband and I could go to our private casita. The sunrise and sunset from here were so pretty. It's very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The hostess, Kemena, communicated with us to make sure everything was going well. We've stayed in several VRBO's, but never had a host treat us this well.

Room for improvement

The location was ok and the amenities were good. It was mostly clean but there was hair in the primary bathroom. The baseboards throughout the house were majorly scuffed and scraped. The walls were scratched up in spots. Several of the door were banged up. The bathroom faucets were missing the aerator.

Lovely property and home

Great property for a group. We loved the privacy, pool and backyard area to just sit and relax in after our days on the golf course. Kitchen was very well equipped for preparing meals.

Great girls weekend!

We did a girls weekend here with some friends from out of town and thoroughly enjoyed it! The property was a great size for our group and had everything we needed. We enjoyed time by the pool and chats on the big patio. It’s close to everything so we had plenty of options for restaurants. The host was responsive and helpful and the place was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Good value property

It was clean and pleasant. Very nice and responsive owners, super easy and friendly. Not quite as perfect as the pictures, with some wear showing on walls, floors, etc…but all the conveniences and features were there and available We had a great time, enjoyed the house and would recommend.
