Great property, perfect for families who want options. The pool was a huge win at the end of a long day of fishing and beach time. Boat docks were in good shape and very convenient for our access. Trailer parking and a few more kitchen items would’ve made this one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. A family of six needs more than 3 cups and one spatula. Finally found the toaster located in the rooftop kitchen on the last day!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and this unit was ok but in need of refinement. upon check in, I called and spoke with a Beach House attendant who stated she recorded my concerns and someone would call me back promptly. I never received a call back during our 4 night stay. Biggest issue is with the door locks. They are not guest friendly and very difficult to use. One door never locked which made us feel very insecure at night. Additionally, several improvements would make this unit top notch.-living room tv is not connected to cable tv, only the bedrooms.-boat stalls have damage and unattractive to the view-there is no straight back chairs in the house and it would be nice if a kitchen table were added. There certainly is a place for it.-much clutter in storage cabinets throughout house.-partial knife set but no cutting board, etc-pet feces found and dishwasher not unloadedWe did enjoy the open floor plan downstairs, the modern appliances, and location.

Most importantly, we sincerely apologize that you did not receive the promised follow-up after contacting our team. That is not the level of communication we strive to provide, and we have addressed this internally with our team. Regarding the doors, we have since confirmed that all exterior doors do lock and unlock properly. We apologize if one of the locks was difficult or stubborn to operate during your stay, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The home is furnished with bar seating rather than a traditional dining table or straight-back chairs, which is shown in the listing photos so guests can see the home’s layout and furnishings prior to booking. The boat slips located directly outside the property are also pictured and are part of the waterfront setting advertised with the home. The dishwasher, kitchen inventory, storage areas, and exterior grounds have all been addressed since your stay, and we appreciate you bringing those items to our attention. We’re glad that overall you enjoyed your time at the property and appreciate the feedback as we continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience.

We are a family of 4, with kids age 8 and 4. The house was amazing! We loved everything about it. Loved, how private the pool was. We didnt have any neighbors until our checkout date so it was pretty exclusive. Just minor details that needs attention. For example none of the doors besides the front door, locks. But it was safe while we were there, no one broke in lol there were roaches (4, to many, 2in) so we did go buy roach traps and layed them around the house. Also, we are a free pet household bc my kiddos are allergic, so it was a bit upsetting finding pet hair all over the couch and living room mat. Aside for all that it was truly amazing. Super safe and quite. 8 out of 10! We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We’ll have our maintenance team check the interior door locks, and we’ll also address the pet hair with our housekeeping team to ensure the home is fully allergen-free for guests. For the roaches, we do have the property on a regular pest-control schedule, but being in a coastal area, they can occasionally make their way inside. We’ll have the pest-control company come back out for a follow-up treatment.
