Taux de dynamite sur une unité avant de piscine au rez-de-chaussée # 1108 Dynamite Maui Vista rénovée. Les propriétaires ont terminé une rénovation complète de la cuisine, du salon, de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Unité au rez-de-chaussée dans le bâtiment n ° 1 tant souhaité - se dirige directement vers la piscine (pas de vue sur le parking de notre unité) ou 200 marches réelles de votre véranda au bord de la piscine à la plage de Charley Young. Nouveaux appareils électroménagers, armoires en hickory, comptoirs en granit massif, dosseret en carreaux de verre, lit mural escamotable en hickory sur mesure `` KING '' et un téléviseur HD intelligent mural de 70 pouces bien doté. Ouais ... C'est un 'BIGGEE' mais je suis allé à Maui quand il pleut sans arrêt. Autant avoir un peu de luxe si vous êtes coincé à l'intérieur. De plus, il est si grand et pivotant que vous pouvez le voir depuis la véranda ... probablement la piscine ... diable, peut-être même la plage!

Perfect getaway

My daughter and I loved walking everywhere for beach time and delicious food trucks. The location was a perfect leaving point for day trips too. The condo had everything you need and was clean and comfortable. Mark and Pam responded super quick when I had questions. A wonderful stay and I would love to return.

This is a wonderful condo, steps away from the pool, 5 min walk to the beach, nice grounds, fully equipped, friendly staff, easy walk to restaurants, bars, markets, we used the bbq pit, easy to drive to other places, would definitely stay here again

Fantastic, central condo!

We had a great stay at Mark's condo. Mark was very responsive and helpful. The condo is close to the beach, and the pool is right outside the door. Beautiful kitchen and comfy beds. Thank you!

Perfect location. Across the street from amazing K1-3 beaches. Beautiful property. Very well kept. We are repeat customers to this complex; however Tom and Pam's unit is now our favorite! They are amazing host. Very responsive!

Close proximity to the beach.

Good location for beach access and Kihei activities. Parking heavy but doable. Just a few steps from the pool And sidewalk to the beach. Private.

Great access to beach - across the street. Missed having a "smart" TV for access to Netflix, Prime, etc. Ample kitchen accessories and sharp (non-serrated) knives which were perfect. Patio was nice and pool was right out the sliding door. The few times I needed to communicate with the host, I was able to get in touch immediately. Thanks Mark and Pam.

Wonderful in Every Way

If you don’t choose this condo to stay in you are making the wrong choice. Everything about it was exactly what we wanted. Very clean and anything you would need is already there. Feels like home. The AC in the bedroom and in the living room make it very comfortable. All the beach gear you would want and the most beautiful beach right across the street to use it at! The host is amazing at communicating quickly, and was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

This condo unit was perfect for our needs. My wife and I are regular Kihei visitors, but we had never stayed at Maui Vista before. When I found this listing online, it really peaked my interest. Let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. Well appointed, renovated unit. All the amenities that you need. Clean, and right at the footsteps of the best beach in Kihei. Mark (host) was outstanding, and responded to all of my messages immediately.I highly recommend this unit, to anyone that is looking for a one bedroom unit (with extra Murphy in living room), and wants to be in the heart of Kihei, and just steps from the beach.5 stars all the around!!!Well rent this unit again.

Excellent location and amenities!!!

When we visited Maui recently and were lucky enough to end up in this wonderful condo, we were over the moon! Everything we needed was available and all we had to do was buy food. We loved the ground floor location in the first building and especially the proximity to the wonderful sandy Charlie Young beach! We watched beautiful sunsets nightly from the beach that was basically this condo's backyard. It was wonderful to be able to sit and relax on the lanai as we had home cooked meals. Finally, the condo owners were amazing to work with. Any time we had questions, they were quick to respond and assist which says a lot about the trust you can put into these owners when traveling from distant lands!!! Thanks for an excellent stay!!!

Paradise Perfection

This was our second time staying in Mark & Pam's great condo and it was even better we recalled it from our first stay a few years ago. Realtors always preach "location, location, location" and this unit has that it spades. Literally just steps from the pool, as closes as you can get to the beach in all of the Maui Vista complex, and with all of Kihei's amenities in walking distance, this is as good as it gets. The condition and features of this unit rival it's location for appeal. All of little extras means you can simply grab what you need from the closet and you're ready for a fully-equipped beach outing. Just excellent. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely book here again on our next trip to Maui.

Home away from home in paradise

Mark and Pam provided a beautiful condo in an amazing location for us to enjoy. We managed to sleep 4 adult size people and cook 2 meals a day easily. We spent many hours across the street at Charley Young and then more time in the pool. We crashed hard every night in the super comfortable beds. Every morning we had local coffee on the lanai and then used the beach towels, beach bags, and chairs provided to hit the sand. We didn't get a chance to use the grill outside in the common area but will plan for it next time. Plenty of comfy seating in the evening at the bar for a quick bite or to put our feet up and watch a movie. We had one small appliance issue and Mark was quick to respond and it was resolved in just a few hours! Our girls now consider Charley Young their beach and are dreaming of a day they can move to Maui and live in a condo like this one! Mahalo!

We've been fortunate to travel to Maui many times over the years. We live in Washington State and always wanted to purchase a place on Maui. So in early 2013 we took the plunge. Our contractor completed the remodel in March and we absolutely love the finished unit. The unit has pretty much been booked solid since the completed renovations and we've had many returning guests. We'd love for you to give us a shot and become a repeat guest too!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our first love is the beach and it had to be close - we're directly across from one of the best on Maui. Secondly we wanted to be by some 'watering holes & eateries' - there's enough PUB choices to keep things fresh for a months stay. Lastly we wanted a grocery store near by - done...and you can do all three just walking. No other complex is even on the radar for all 3 walking luxuries!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We choose a unit on the ground floor because we love being outside. The Lanai is so much bigger and with the grass right there it just gives you much more room to spread out BUT we also didn't want to be looking at the 'parking lots' like so many units do at the Maui Vista. Our Realtor pointed out this pool front unit and we Pounced!
