Calme, toute nouvelle cuisine, salle de bain, et lit king size!

Propre, calme unité au deuxiÚme étage avec une jolie vue sur le jardin et de l'ombre sur la véranda dans l'aprÚs-midi, donc pas trop chaud pour s'asseoir dehors! En face d'un or belle plage de sable (Charley Young Plage / Kamaole Beach 1). Récemment rénové (automne 2016), y compris un nouveau lit KING-SIZE en maßtre, nouvelle cuisine et salle de bain - attendez de les voir! Nouvelle TV à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, DVD et écran dans la chambre principale. Tribunaux spectaculaires de tennis, et un emplacement idéal pour le jogging et le vélo (pistes cyclables et des boutiques à travers Kihei). Nouveau (2016) canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, également une nouvelle table à manger et des chaises confortables.
Belle chambre de maĂźtre calme, sans bruit de la circulation, juste le chant des oiseaux.
Incroyable de plain-pied en apnĂ©e prĂšs de cet endroit. Grande accĂšs Ă  des visites pour l'Ăźle de Molokai, et vous pouvez marcher Ă  un dĂ©panneur. Seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Makena Beach, cĂ©lĂšbre dans le monde entier, ou prendre plus de temps et explorer le magnifique volcan derriĂšre nous. Haleakala, la Maison du Soleil, regarde vers le bas sur le Maui Vista. Conduisez jusqu'au sommet ou prendre une excursion d'une journĂ©e Ă  Hana de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de Haleakala. Aussi une voiture facile Ă  Lahaina, oĂč vous pourrez prendre un ferry pour Lanai. Mais vous allez adorer traĂźner juste Ă  Kihei - beaucoup moins de pluie que Kaanapali ou Napili! Et ce est l'endroit pour apprendre Ă  surfer sur l'Ăźle de Maui - 1 bloc de surf central. Grands restaurants et magasins.

Maui Vista has been our go to accommodation for Kihei. Best beach is across the street, walkable to eateries both north and south. This unit was great, only minor negative was the AC was a little oldier and a bit noisy but kept the place cool.

In unit laundry was very convenient. Communication with host was somewhat confusing because of using multiple communication types rather than limiting to just through the VRBO platform. Location in Kihei was great, and we loved Charley Young beach. Slightly further from the beach than we originally thought, however it was still convenient and doable. The balcony view was a bit underwhelming. We so appreciated having beach chairs/umbrellas, etc. available during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't do much cooking because there are so many restaurants (and a Foodland) nearby. Parking was convenient, but our car sat for a couple of days because the beach and restaurants were so close that we walked everywhere. The unit is just far enough back from the street that it was quiet and peaceful. We spent plenty of time out on the balcony. The beach gear was perfect for a little snorkeling and relaxing, and you just have a 5-minute walk to the beach!

Great property. Well stocked with supplies, beach equipment, kitchen stuff, extra linens. Comfortable (firm) king bed. In-suite washer/dryer was great to have. Of note, AC is in living room. Works well to cool main area, however cool air does not reach bedroom. There is however a large ceiling fan in the bedroom that works fine to keep you cool.

The lockbox fell apart when it was opened. It took a day to finally find the part that fell out to be able to put the key back and close it up.

It was very convenient as far as the beach across the street. Condo, very comfortable and convenience with a Washer and Dryer in the condo, that was great. Parking was easy to find a spot. Chairs and towels for beach was an added plus. Meeting up with manager was hard because of our schedule.

Good Location

We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed our time. The location was great, a short drive (or longer walk 0.5 miles to 1 mile) to most restaurants and shopping in Kihei. The beach is across the street and easy to get to. We also enjoyed using the pool which was often empty. The place itself was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic 12-day stay in Maui! The location was absolutely perfect—right across the street from the beach, and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony every evening. The complex has everything you need: a nice pool, BBQ area, and even tennis courts.The unit was very well equipped for a beach vacation. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear—it made our days by the ocean so easy and fun. The space was just right for the three of us.One small suggestion: we only had three garbage bags for the whole stay. It would have been nice to have a few more for a longer visit.Overall, a wonderful place to stay—comfortable, convenient, and perfect for enjoying Maui!

Excellent at this price point

We've been to Maui about 8 times over the last 20 years, always staying in Kihei. We stayed for 7 days this time. This condo is in a very good location, between Kihei and Wailea. It's easy to access the Piilani Highway to get anywhere else and across the street from a very nice beach. Kihei shopping/restaurants, Wailea Center, Poolenalena Beach, Big Beach, and Little Beach are all a short drive. Within walking distance is 2 Kihei Caffes (one very close at the Maui Coast hotel). The ABC store is also close by as are a couple of shopping areas and restaurants. There's also a large food truck area with something for everyone. My only real complaint was no A/C in the bedroom. There's a window A/C in the living room that has to blow air down the hall to the bedroom. You'll have to turn the living room temperature down low in the evenings if you want to get the bedroom to near 72F at bedtime. If you arrive later in the day, expect to wait three hours for the bedroom to cool off if you like sleeping at about 72F like I do. We figured this all out quickly and it wasn't a big problem. If you sit on the couch, you'll be right in front of the A/C. I just learned to have a blanket when I did sit on the couch in the evenings. The neighbors were quiet and it's not very close to any of the complex pools. There are a lot of tennis courts that were seldom used. There's even a car wash area for hosing the bird crap off your car which I did almost every morning. I'd certainly rent here again.

It’s a nice location with AC near by beach.

The location is nice in a safe neighborhood. We love that it has a AC. Getting parking permit was a little tricky since the front office wasn’t opened so we had to get hold of the security office. It’s not too bad but wish there is better instruction with the phone number to call. The floor wasn’t supper clean. since it asked us to remove our shoes, our kids were running around bared feet and their feet got really dirty.

Just as advertised! Perfect vacation.

This property is perfectly located walking distance from Charlie Young Beach and within a quarter mile of restaurants. The unit is just as described, one bed one bath with a shower. Everything you need in the kitchen and a lanai from which you can watch the sunset. I would definitely book this again!

Everything was great EXCEPT

Everything was great except the condition of the beach chairs. Old & broken down with broken straps. Ended up having to rent 2 chairs which was easier than driving back to Costco for new ones. To the owners: BUY NEW CHAIRS, Its a cheap fix & would be much appreciated by your guests.. Maybe an extra umbrella to go along with considering there was only 1 in the room.

Our Stay At Maui Vista

What a great place to stay in Kehei. Close to all amenities and the ocean. Well stocked with everything a person needs. Gorgeous weather for 28 days straight. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Maui.The one minor dislike we have was the uncomfortable couch/ hide-a-bed. Thanks for letting us use your condo Stewart. Mahalo! Maui Vista

Condo was well equipped with everything needed. Could use a good cleaning as closet runners/floors, mats, fridge area floor were dirty. Windows older and spaces open to outside. I had contacted the rental agency about a bedroom curtain issue and it was fixed the following day. We enjoyed the location of Maui Vista complex. Beach is close, grocery store close, many restaurants close.

Work & relax

I needed a place that was fairly close to the conference I was attending in Wailea and this condo ended up being perfect. This was a terrific location with easy, walkable access to restaurants, parks and the beach across the street. I would definitely recommend it for solo travelers as well as couples.

Me? I am a retired veterinarian. My wife and I bought the unit in 2009 because Maui was her favorite place on earth. We were able to enjoy time together at the Maui Vista, along with our family, before she passed away in 2019, I love my time there for the memories of her enjoyment being on Maui, and seeing that same happiness in our children and grandchildren as they experience it. If some of the joy of our family time togeher on Maui can be shared with guests, then nothing would make me happier - it is exactly what my wife would want.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Love Kihei! More sun than Kaanapali (or anywhere else on the island), great access to snorkeling, whale watching, dolphin watching and birding. Superb beach across the street, and only 15 minutes from THE beach (Makena). Over the years, there have been some very excellent restaurants relocated to our area of Kihei, including local favorites like the Paia Fish Market - you really have to try it!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We chose this location because of its access to the beach, nearby amenities (grocery store and restaurants), pool, and tennis. You can easily stay here without renting a car. Our unit is back from the street so very quiet and it faces northwest so it is delightfully cool and shady all day.....but with wonderful evening light from the setting sun.
