We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table that comfortably seats a group. The living room offers cozy seating, a TV, and access to the upper deck with lake views.

- 1 camera above side door entrance, 1 on garage and one on the lower side of home on the right side.

- 2 trash cans will be on the pad in front of the garage
-Smart Tv in both living room areas, will have youtube tv for guest use!
-Mini bar downstairs complete with wine fridge and counter tops for entertaining you and your guests
-Playstation gaming system and blue ray movies will be available for guest use.
-Floats and life jackets will be stored in outdoor closet on the bottom level porch.
-Fire pit area above dock with chairs.
-Two boat lifts available for guest use. (one jet ski size, one boat size)
-2 adult and 2 child size life jackets will be available for guest use.
-Beach towels will be provided and will be located in laundry room on basement level.
-Blue tooth sound bar in main level living room.
-Regular coffee maker.
-Iron and ironing board will be in laundry room on basement level.
*- Extra blankets and pillows will be in bedroom closets, bunk room closet is in onset bathroom.
- Can accommodate up to 4 cars.
- House will sleep 10 guests.
-Propane (for grill use):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2. If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4. We DO NOT provide propane refills.

Boat Lifts:

Only one boat lift (the pontoon lift on the left side) is working.
The other lift is non-functional

*Only pontoon boats can use the working lift - V-hull boats won’t fit.

Downstairs TV:

TV - does not power on at the moment
Owner attempted to fix it but will be replacing it as soon as possible

How to lock the Mudroom door next to the kitchen

So here’s what you’ll need to do:

1. First, make sure the door is fully shut.
2. Then, pull up on the handle — that step is important, as it engages the locking mechanism.
3. Once you've pulled the handle up, you can then turn the lock to secure it.
It works just like an Anderson-style door, so it may feel a bit different from a standard lock.
